Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 投棄した残滓を排出処理する残滓廃棄処理部と
    、上部に設けた洗浄室フードの前記残滓廃棄処理
    部に隣接する側面と全面にかけて一連に設けた開
    口部にこれを開閉する扉を設け、前記洗浄室フー
    ド内に設置した食缶載置台の下方に、高圧の洗浄
    液を上向きに集中噴射しながら回転する洗浄ノズ
    ルを設け、かつ食缶載置台の上方に高圧の洗浄液
    を下向きに噴射する洗浄ノズル及び食缶の押圧体
    を昇降自在に設けた予備洗浄部とを一連に設置し
    てなることを特徴とする食缶類洗浄前処理装置。
