Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent lack of lubrication between an injecting plunger and sleeve by arranging an opening part at the upper part of the injecting sleeve and supplying lubricant from this opening part to chamfering face and outer circumferential face of end face side in the injecting plunger. CONSTITUTION:The injecting plunger 11 is gone back and the chamfering face 22 at the end face side of molten metal pushing by the injecting plunger 11 and the outer circumferential face 23 of cylinder at the range of about a few mm from the chamfer face 22 is peeped out from a hole 27. Next, the lubricant is dripped or spouted on the chamfering face 22 and the outer circumferential face 23 of cylinder from a nozzle 28. By spouting high pressure air into the sleeve 24, the inner part of the sleeve 24 is cleaned, and next, the lubricant is supplied and the lubricant may be dried by dry air.
