Therefore, when the use of various equipment is interrupted or when the container becomes empty, it is desirable to thoroughly clean these various equipment before drying the polymer solution. For cleaning purposes such as this, in order to obtain a sufficient cleaning effect, a cleaning agent consisting of an organic solvent of the same type as the organic solvent of the polymer solution used is generally used.

To explain the present invention in more detail, the chlorinated organic solvent used in the present invention is an aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbon solvent having a chlorine atom in its structure, and specifically, dichloroethane, Examples include chlorinated aliphatic organic solvents such as trichloroethane, trichlorethylene, and tetrachloroethane, and chlorinated aromatic organic solvents such as chlorobenzene and dichlorobenzene. Preferred examples of these chlorinated organic solvents are aliphatic organic solvents such as trichloroethane and trichlorethylene.

As glycol-based organic solvents used in combination with the above-mentioned chlorinated organic solvents, for example, monomethyl, monoethyl, monopropyl, motubutyl esters of glycols such as ethylene glycol and propylene glycol are useful; Esters of glycols such as formic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, etc. can also be used. Among these glycol-based organic solvents, particularly preferred are ethylene glycol monomethyl, monoethyl, monopropyl, or monobutyl ether.

The above-mentioned chlorinated organic solvents and glycol-based organic solvents themselves have been well known, but according to detailed research by the present inventors, glycol-based organic solvents themselves are flammable, but chlorine-based organic solvents themselves are flammable. By mixing a glycol-based organic solvent and a glycol-based organic solvent, it exhibits nonflammability depending on the mixing ratio.

Moreover, it has been found that it exhibits excellent cleaning properties for all types of gravure inks and paints. That is, it has been found that when the glycol solvent accounts for 10 to 40% by volume in the mixed solvent, the resulting mixed solvent maintains nonflammability and exhibits high cleaning properties. If the glycol-based solvent is less than 10% by volume, it is non-flammable, but the washability and versatility are insufficient. On the other hand, if the glycol-based solvent exceeds 40% by volume, the non-flammability and versatility are lost. It is what it is.

Furthermore, since the nonflammable cleaning agent of the present invention is composed of only two types of components, even if the composition changes, for example, when a once-used cleaning agent is recycled and used, only one of the two components will be used. The composition can be easily adjusted by simply adding the following components. In contrast, 3 to 4
In the case of cleaning agents consisting of various components, it is very difficult to adjust the composition in this manner.

Therefore, by using the nonflammable cleaning agent of the present invention,
By preparing only one type of cleaning liquid, it becomes possible to safely and sufficiently clean various gravure ink or paint-related equipment or containers, meeting the demands of the prior art.
