Claims (1)
- 現像剤担持体と、該現像剤担持体に当接して現
像剤の薄層を現像剤担持体上に形成すると共に摩
擦帯電により現像剤に電荷を付与する規制部材と
を設けて、静電潜像保持体上の静電潜像を可視化
する現像装置において、前記規制部材は現像剤担
持体との少なくとも接触部において軟弾性体で形
成されており、該軟弾性体は母材中にＰＨ８以上
の塩基性カーボンブラツクを含有していることを
特徴とする現像装置。
