Carpet has traditionally been the mainstream floor covering material for apartment complexes. However, recently, dust mites have appeared on the carpet. Wood-based floor finishing materials are starting to become popular due to complaints about hygiene, such as the tendency to generate dust, and taste concerns, such as lack of a natural feel. However, when this wood-based finishing material is used as a floor finishing material for condominiums, it has a major drawback in that it has poor floor impact sound insulation properties. In other words, floor impact sounds (light floor impact sounds) such as footsteps and the sound of objects being dropped from upstairs are transmitted downstairs,
There were noise complaints. Therefore, a method was developed that attempted to deal with lightweight floor impact noise by pasting foamed plastic on the back side of wooden floor finishing materials, but its sound insulation performance satisfied the required level (L-55 for 62 lightweight impact sources). It was impossible. In order to meet this required level, it was necessary to have a foamed plastic layer of about 6 to 15 B on the back side of the finishing material.

□ [Problem to be solved] Conventional finishing materials equipped with a foamed buffer layer of about 6 to 15 mm had the disadvantage that the floor surface became soft and easily dented. As a typical conventional wood-based floor finishing material, the wood layer is 7mm thick, the buffer layer is 81mm thick, and the overall thickness is 15mm.The lightweight floor impact sound insulation performance was measured. result.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention comprises a surface finishing material made of a relatively hard material such as a wood-based material and a synthetic resin material, and a buffer layer in contact with the subfloor, and the thickness of the surface finishing material is reduced to 6 nm.
The buffer layer is formed to have a static spring constant of 25 kg/cm-cm" or less against a local load of 1QQcm" and has a thickness of about 1 to 4 mm.

The floor finishing material of this invention is laid so that the buffer layer is in contact with the subfloor surface. 2. When floor impact sound is applied to the surface finishing material 1.
It demonstrated sufficient blocking performance without damaging the pedestrian window. Also, with this floor finishing material, it is possible to reduce the overall thickness to 10 Tsuru or less.

FIGS. 1 and 2 show a first embodiment of the present invention, in which a buffer layer 2 that comes into contact with a floor subfloor 10 (concrete slab) is attached to a wood-based surface finishing material 1 such as plywood. As the buffer layer 2, rubber sponge, porous inorganic fiber, low foaming/low loss polyethylene foam, polyurethane foam, etc. are used. And this buffer layer 2 is 100c
It has a static spring constant of less than 25 kg/am-cm" for a local load of m". The surface finishing material 1 in this embodiment is constructed by pasting a base plate plywood IB on the back side of a finished wood veneer IA.

Note that as the surface finishing material 1, a relatively hard material such as a synthetic resin material may be selected in addition to a wood material. The advantages of using wood-based materials as surface finishing materials are that they have low thermal conductivity and good heat retention, relatively high surface hardness and resistance to static loads, and moderate elasticity after pasting. Because of this characteristic, it does not become a breeding ground for nature's wrath and house dust mites, and is easy to clean.

In a second embodiment of the invention shown in FIG.
The allocation layer 3 is sandwiched between the buffer N2 and the buffer N2. The damping layer 3 is highly flexible and has a thickness of about 1 to 3 mm, and is made of vinyl chloride, rubber, or asphalt.

In a third embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 4, a moisture-proof layer 4 made of a coating or film is formed on the upper and lower surfaces of a two-surface finishing material 1. Normally, the upper surface 2 of the surface finishing material 1 is coated with urethane or 5 amino alkyd resin paint, so that paint layer acts as a moisture-proof layer, but since there is no such coating on the lower surface, the lower surface of the wood-based surface finishing material 1 The side absorbs moisture and causes the surface finishing material 1 to warp. Forming the moisture-proof layer 4 on the upper and lower surfaces of the wood-based surface finishing material 1 stabilizes the flatness of the surface finishing material 1, and also facilitates the installation of the entire floor covering to the subfloor 10.

In a fourth embodiment of the invention shown in FIG.
is made of only wood-finished veneer IA, and these are directly attached to the upper surface of the damping layer 3. As a result, the impact applied to the floor is dispersed to each of the wood-finished veneers IA, improving the sound insulation effect. Of course, the wood-finished veneer IA in this example may be attached directly to the buffer layer 2 instead of to the damping layer 3.

As explained above, according to the present invention, there are provided two surface finishing materials and a buffer layer in contact with the subfloor, the thickness of one surface finishing material is formed to be 611I or less, and the buffer layer has a load of 25 kg for a local load of 100 cm2. /cm ・Since it is formed to have a constrained spring constant of less than c + n2 and has a thickness of about 1 to 4 fins, it can be commercialized with the total thickness of the floor finishing material less than 10cm, so it can already be finished with carpet etc. This makes it possible to re-glue or renovate wooden floors. It also has excellent lightweight floor impact sound isolation performance without sacrificing the feeling of walking.

In the case of a window with a distribution layer of a certain level, the surface finishing material is thin, which prevents the sound of walking from becoming a slight nuisance, and it is possible to increase the weight of the window and create a high-class window. Furthermore, when a moisture-proof layer consisting of a coating or film is formed on the top and bottom surfaces of a wood-based surface finish material, there is no risk of the wood surface finish material warping, and the product is more stable. Become.
