【考案の詳細な説明】 下方に径大の脱フアンを内蔵せる第一脱室
と径小の脱フアンを内蔵せる第二脱室を配
し、中段に粗選別機能を有する第一選別室をまた
上段に仕上選別機能を有する第二選別室とを夫々
配すると共に第一脱室と第一選別室とを第一吹
上管を以て、また第二脱室と第二選別室とを第
二吹上管を以て夫々連結し、第一、第二各選別室
の側方に設けた殻排出口を吸風胴を介して籾殻吸
引排出用フアンに連通させると共に第一選別室の
下方に脱及び未脱混合米の共通流出口を開設
し、この流出口を第二脱室に於ける脱及び未
脱混合米の供給口に臨ませたことを特徴とする
全自動脱装置は本願の考案者らによつて既に開
発され特開昭54−15858号として開示されている
が、この発明は第一脱室、粗選別室、第二脱
室及び仕上選別室を連続して設けることによつて
脱及び選別機能を顕著に高めるようにしたもの
であつて、脱及び選別機能を高めるには効果が
あるものの、この方式によるときには第一脱室
で完全脱された米粒が未脱米と一緒に第二脱
室に入り不必要な再脱作用を未脱米と同時
に受けるのでこれが粉砕されて屑米となる率が極
めて高く不経済の弊があつた。

通する吹上管5を介して脱米の貯粒室6を設
け、同貯粒室6の上方に吸引フアン収納ケース
4′に連通する籾殻吸引管7を開口せしめると共
に同ケース4′には籾殻排出管8を連設し、また
上記の貯粒室6の下方には脱洩れ籾選別網9を
斜設し、この脱洩れ籾選別網9の下端には同脱
洩れ籾の補助脱フアン収納ケース3′への吸
引管10を開口せしめると共にこの脱洩れ籾を
上記の貯粒室6に再び吹込む二次吹上管11を連
設し、また脱洩れ籾選別網9の下側に脱米流
出口12および屑米の排出口13を設けたもので
ある。

外方に放出されるが脱米及び脱洩れ籾は上記
の貯粒室6の下方の狭隘落下口より下方に徐々に
流下して脱洩れ籾選別網9上に落下し、脱洩
れ籾のみがこの網9に最後迄案内されて其の下端
に至ると共に吸引管10を経て補助脱フアン収
納ケース3′に入り同ケース3′内にて再度前記と
同一の脱作用を受けると共に同ケース3′内の
補助脱フアン3により二次吹上管11を経て再
度貯粒室6に吹込まれ引続き上記の選別網による
選別及び案内を受けるものであり、また上記の網
9より落ちた脱米は脱米の流出口12に至り
屑米は排出口13に導かれ排棄される。

の脱洩れ籾選別網の下端には同脱洩れ籾の補
助脱フアン収納ケースへの吸引管を開口せしめ
ると共にこの脱洩れ籾を上記の貯粒室に再び吹
込む二次吹上管を連設し、また脱洩れ籾選別網
の下側に脱米流出口および屑米の排出口を設け
るようにしたので補助脱フアンケースに於て脱
を受けるのは主脱フアンケースで脱未了の
ものはとどまり、脱完了米が同フアンケースで
不必要な再度の脱作用を受けて砕け米となる虞
れを回避することができ、これによつて本考案の
前記の目的を確実に達成し得る効果がある。
