で、基布を挾むようにして止め座を釦本体に打込

根部から折損するおそれが大であつた。そこで露
見しない方の釦本体に脚を一体連設した頭記のス
ナツプ釦では、釦本体の形状とは肉厚などをある
程度自由に調整して、その折損を防止し得る強度
において脚を連設できるのである。一方、止め座
として、扁平な円環状の板金をプレス加工によ
り、脚挿通用の環状の開口を現出する内外一対の
逆ハの字状の抜止め片と脚先端塑性変形用のテー
パー状底板をもつたもの(第5図参照)を提案し
ているが、このような止め座に対して頭記の釦本
体の脚を打込むときは、かなり大きな力をもつて
打込むことにより脚先端に塑性変形を起こさせ、
かつ抜止め片を脚付け根部周面に喰い込ませて止
め座と釦本体との結合を確実、強力化することを
期待したものである。
