Abstract

PURPOSE:To suppress eccentric wear of a bearing and inclination of a moving object by making the bearing in contact with either of two parallel shafts with possibility for fine motion, and using one of the bearings in contact with the other shaft as a member to prevent inclination of moving object. CONSTITUTION:Slide bearings 5, 6 in slide fitting on a center shaft 2 are fitted in a hole 16 of a bracket 1a for a moving object 1 and fixed by shaft stop rings 8, 9. A slide bearing 7 in slide fitting on a follower shaft 3 is fitted in a horizontal long hole 17 of an upper bracket 1b for the moving object 1 and received by a shaft stop ring 10. A lower roller 11 is fixed to a lower bracket 1c on the follower shaft 3 side of the moving object 1. Here the slide bearings 5, 6 are fine movable with respect to the moving object 1, which will relieve the pressures C, F applied to the end faces of the slide bearings 5, 6 through inclination of the moving object 1. Also the lower roller 11 contacts said fol lower shaft 3 at one point within the surface of moving object 1 where inclina tion occurs, which will prevent inclination of the object 1 in the B direction.

"Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention" The conventional technology has two parallel vertical axes, one is the central axis of the moving body,
In a device in which one side is a dependent shaft and the movable body moves up and down against gravity by receiving a driving force from a member near the central axis of the movable body, the central axis is fixed to a highly coaxial bearing fixed to the movable body. In addition, the dependent shaft was passed through an elongated hole-shaped bearing provided in the moving body so that the moving body did not rotate about the central axis. The reason why the bearing side through which the dependent shaft passes is made elongated is to prevent the movement of the moving object from slowing down due to increased resistance due to the bearing and shaft becoming stacked if the two vertical axes are not parallel. It is. However, when using the above structure, the moving body on the dependent shaft side is subjected to displacement due to gravity similar to that of a cantilever beam with the central axis as a fixed surface, so the bearing on the central shaft side receives a downward rotational moment on the dependent shaft side. It's going to happen.

Since the central axis of the moving body and the bearings are constantly subjected to the above-mentioned rotational moment, the bearing load increases.

If the moving body is moved up and down under the above conditions, the frictional resistance between the bearing and the center shaft will increase, resulting in a decrease in driving efficiency and vibration.Furthermore, since the bearing end moves with pressure applied to it, the bearing will wear unevenly, resulting in a lifespan of the device. This resulted in a decrease in accuracy.

It is an object of the present invention to eliminate the drawbacks of the above-mentioned conventional example with a simple structure and to reduce the movement resistance of a moving body on a dependent axis.

``Means for Solving the Problems'' The present invention has two parallel vertical axes, one of which is engaged via a bearing so that the movable body can move up and down, and one of which is engaged through a bearing so that the movable body can move up and down. It is engaged via a bearing and is used as a dependent shaft that receives the moment of rotation around the central axis, receives a driving force in the vertical direction from a member near the central axis of the moving body, and causes the moving body to move up and down against gravity. In the apparatus, a bearing provided on the movable body that engages with the central shaft is movable relative to the movable body, and one of the bearings that engages with the dependent shaft is a member that prevents the movable body from tilting. The above-mentioned vertical movement device is characterized in that:

"Operation" When a moving body receives a driving force in the vertical direction, it moves linearly through a bearing that engages with the central axis, and the arm between the center of the driving force and the central axis is dependent on the moment in the vertical plane multiplied by the driving force. The sum of the three moments: the rotational moment in the vertical plane above multiplied by the bearing resistance in the vertical direction of the shaft, the distance between the center axis and the dependent axis, and the distance from the center of gravity of the moving object to the center axis multiplied by the weight of the moving object. The sum of the product of the bearing load on the center axis side, the bearing spacing on the center axis side, the load of the member that prevents the moving body from tilting, and the distance between the center axis and the dependent axis is opposed, and the center axis The load on both side bearings is reduced by the load of the member that prevents the moving body from tilting, and the bearing on the central axis side is less affected by the tilting of the moving body.

In FIG. 1, the slide bearings 5 and 6 that have been slidably fitted to the central shaft 2 are fitted into the circular hole 16 of the bracket 1a of the movable body 1 with a slight gap in each of the axial and radial directions, and It is stopped by upper wheels 8 and 9. The slide bearing 7 that is slidably fitted to the dependent shaft 3 is fitted into the elongated hole 17 of the upper bracket 1b of the movable body 1, which is oriented horizontally on the paper surface of FIG. The movable body 1 is stopped in such a manner that it can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the elongated hole 17.
Rotation around the axis is not possible.

The lower roller 11 is rotatably attached to the lower bracket 1C on the side of the dependent shaft 3 of the movable body 1.
The outer periphery of is in contact with the dependent shaft 6 within the plane of the paper of FIG. That is, it serves as a member that prevents the moving body 1 from tilting in the direction B in the drawing.

4 is a wire for vertically moving the movable body 1 fixed to the main body 1 via a fastener 4a. In this state, the moving body 1 moves in the direction of arrow B around the central axis 2 due to the gravity of the moving body 1, the upward or downward driving force applied to the wire 4, and the bearing 7.
The rotational force shown in the figure B is given by the sum of the sliding resistance, etc. Since the center axis 2 is fixed, the rotational force B applies pressure c and y to the corners of the inner periphery and end face of the sliding bearings 5 and 6 when the moving body 1 tilts significantly in the vertical plane that is the same as the plane of the paper. (Figure 1,
(See Figure 2). Here, the subordinate shaft side lower roller 11 rotatably fixed to the lower bracket 10 of the movable body 1 is connected to the subordinate shaft 3.
The moving body 1 is in contact with the plane at a point where the inclination of the moving body 1 occurs.
The tilt in direction B is stopped.

Since slight movement is possible between the slide bearings 5, 6 and the movable body 1, the relationship between the slide bearings 5, 6 and the central shaft 2 remains the same for slight inclinations, and the movable body 1 is moved through the circular hole of the bracket 1a of the movable body. 16 and the sliding bearings 5 and 6 because there are gaps in each direction. Therefore, the pressure applied to the end faces of the bearings 5 and 6 is 0. F is relaxed.

In the above embodiment, a roller was used as one of the bearings to prevent the moving body from tilting, but as shown in FIG. 4, a tapered member 11a made of a material with a low coefficient of friction μ was used instead. It is also possible to do so.

As explained above, we have created a simple structure in which the bearing material in contact with one of the two parallel axes can be moved slightly, and one of the bearings in contact with the remaining shaft is used as a member to prevent the moving body from tilting. Since it is provided in the moving body, it is possible to prevent uneven wear of the bearings and vibration of the body during vertical movement, and it is also possible to prevent the tilting of the moving body to a minimum.
