２２を複数個突設する一方、被取付部材２に、前
記コラム２０の端部を嵌合するための、嵌合凹部
４を設け、該嵌合凹部４を形成する水平壁８ａに
、前記突起２２を嵌合凹部４の外方に導く空間部
を設けるとともに、該水平壁８ａに回転板１２を
回転自在に取り付け、該回転板１２の、前記突起
２２に対応する位置に挿入穴１４と、前記回転板
１２の所定方向の回転方向に延びる長孔１６を前
記挿入穴１４と連通して設け、前記挿入穴１４の
径を前記突起拡径部２２ａより大径に形成し、前
記長孔１６の横幅を、該長孔１６が前記突起２２
の軸部とスライド自在に嵌合するのに適した寸法
に設定し、前記回転板１２にこれを回転操作する
ためのアーム２８を連結し、前記水平壁８ａの前
記長孔１６の両側部分に、前記回転板１２の所定
回転方向に向けて高くなる受圧面１８を形成した
