In this case, the top surface of the electric wire 1' and the top surface of the flat conductor 2' are not at the same height, so the contact pressure applied by the locking spring 4' is greatly different. 4', there was a problem that sufficient contact pressure could not be obtained and connection could not be made. In addition, in the conventional example shown in Fig. 1, in the case of electric wire 1', one
There was a problem that the contact was made at a point, which caused sideways vibration, making it impossible to connect reliably.

It is possible to connect even a thin flat conductor with a small locking spring, and both electric wires and flat conductors can be connected with two points of contact with the terminal board, and it also prevents sideways vibration when using electric wires. To provide a quick connection terminal device which can prevent the above problems and ensure connection.

is a case, and a terminal frame 9 is placed in a recess 8 of the case 7.
is installed, and the terminal board 3 is placed on the bottom surface inside the terminal frame 9.
The end of the is arranged. The end of the terminal board 3 has a substantially M-shaped cross section, and the center part is a V-shaped part 5 for placing electric wires.
The horizontal surface portions of the upper ends of both sides of the V-shaped portion 5 serve as flat conductor placement portions 6. Here, the top surface of the electric wire 1 when the electric wire 1 with the minimum diameter to be connected is placed on the V-shaped part 5, and the flat plate when the flat conductor 2 with the minimum diameter to be connected is placed on the flat conductor placement part 6. V-shaped part 5 so that the top surface of conductor 2 is at the same height.
The opening angle and height are set. The diameter of the electric wire 1 with a circular cross section used is, for example, 1.6 to 3 mm, and the thickness of the flat conductor 2 used is, for example, 0.8 mm.
~2mm. The terminal frame 9 has a rectangular shape and is provided with grooves 10 extending vertically on both sides, and the leg pieces 1 on both sides of the locking spring lifting frame 11 are inserted into the grooves 10 on both sides.
2 has been inserted. Lock spring lifting parts 13 protrude from the lower ends of both leg pieces 12 so as to face each other, and when the lock spring lifting frame 11 is pulled upward, the lower ends of the lock springs 4 placed in the terminal frame 9 are removed. is adapted to be pulled upward by a locking spring lifting portion 13. 14 in the figure is a stopper,
When the locking spring 4 is pulled up a certain distance, it hits the stopper 14 and the stopper 15 hits so that it cannot be pulled up any further, and by doing this, the locking spring 4 is protected. . Reference numeral 16 in the figure is a lever fitting, which is approximately M-shaped.
A point of action 17 , a fulcrum 18 , and a point of force 19 are provided. The point of action 17 is in contact with the lower surface of the upper horizontal piece 20 of the locking spring lifting frame 11 , and the fulcrum 18 is in contact with the upper surface of the terminal frame 9 . The force point part 19 has a flat cylindrical shape that faces diagonally outward and upward, and the driver 21 is inserted into this flat cylindrical force point part 19 and the driver 21 is moved in the direction of the arrow in FIG. By rotating, the lock spring lifting frame 11 is pulled up. An insertion hole 22 is bored in the side wall of the case 7, and the insertion hole 22 has a circular hole 23 for inserting an electric wire and opposing square holes 2 bored on both sides of the upper part of the circular hole 23.
4, and the opposing square hole 24 is for inserting a flat conductor. The locking spring 4 inserted into the terminal frame 9 has a flat part 25 on the back side of the upper surface of the terminal frame 9, and a substantially dogleg-shaped locking part extending downward from one end of the flat part 25. 26, and a substantially S-shaped contact portion 27 extending downward from the other end of the flat portion 25. Then, the driver 21 is
9 and rotate in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 3, and pull up the locking spring lifting frame 11 to pull up the lower end of the locking spring 4. In this state, insert the electric wire 1 or the flat plate having a circular cross section through the insertion hole 22. One of the flat conductors 2 is selected and inserted, and the driver 21 is pulled out from the force point part 19 with either the electric wire 1 or the flat conductor 2 placed on the terminal plate 3. Then, the locking spring 4 is restored, and the locking portion 26 and the contact portion 27 elastically press the electric wire 1 or the flat conductor 2 to the terminal plate 3 to connect it. To release the connection, insert the driver 21 into the force point 19, rotate the driver 21, pull the lower end of the locking spring 4 upward, and then pull out the electric wire 1 or the flat conductor 2. By the way, when the electric wire 1 with a circular cross section is inserted, the electric wire 1 is supported in contact with both inclined inner surfaces of the V-shaped part 5, as shown by the solid line in FIG. 5, resulting in a so-called two-point contact state. When the shaped conductor 2 is inserted, it is supported by contacting the flat conductor placement parts 6 at the upper ends of both sides of the V-shaped part 5, as shown by the imaginary lines in Figure 5, and this is also supported by two points. This is a state of contact. In the above embodiment, the end of the terminal plate 3 has a substantially M-shaped cross section, but it may also have a substantially V-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. It is.

いう効果がある。 As described above, the present invention provides a terminal board with a V-shaped part for placing electric wires with a circular cross section along the wire insertion direction, and uses the upper ends of both sides of the V-shaped part as flat conductor placing parts, so that the electric wire can be placed at the terminal. A locking spring that is pressed against a plate to be locked and connected is arranged opposite to the opening side of the V-shaped part, and the upper surface of the electric wire with a circular cross section of the minimum diameter to be connected is placed on the V-shaped part. , the height and opening angle of the V-shaped part were set so that when the flat conductor with the minimum thickness to be connected is placed on the flat conductor placement part, the height and opening angle of the V-shaped part are the same as the top surface of the flat conductor. The same contact pressure can be obtained even when a wire with a circular cross section or a flat conductor is connected in a locked manner, and two types of wires with different shapes can be connected in a locked manner without sacrificing connection reliability. be.
