別表示する際に使用する記名条片に関するもの
で、機器への取付け、取りはずしが容易におこな
えるとともに、機器へ取付後は確実に機器と一体

名条片５の取付けにあたつてネジ６を使用するも
のに比べ簡単に取りつけ、取りはずしがおこなえ
