Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent fuel leakage and malfunction due to a foreign matter,in a fuel injection valve associated with an oil filter, by setting the fixing portion of said filter off a fuel flow path. CONSTITUTION:Fuel flows through a filter 13 pressure secured to a core 4 into a fuel flow path 11 formed in a fuel injection valve 1 from where it is fed to a seat section 9. A filter fixing portion 16 is provided at the further upstream side of the fuel flow path 11 formed at the end of the core 4. A groove 17 for preventing mixture of burr is provided circumferentially at a step section between the filter fixing portion 16 and the fuel flow path 11. When a filter 20 is mounted, foreign matter occurring at the fuel flow path 11 side is reduced and prevented from mixing into the fuel path 11. Consequently, oil leakage and malfunction due to foreign matter can be prevented.

用円周溝を具備したフィルタ固定部を形成し、該固定部
に該フィルタを緩圧人し、且つ,該フィルタ端面を燃料
配管で押すことで該燃料噴射弁が内燃機関に装着された
時の固定強度を確保する構造とすることにより達成され
る。
