Recently, when constructing mid-to-high-rise buildings, window frames for shoji have already been installed on the buildings, and when erecting shoji on window frames, it is important to eliminate accidents where shoji come off and fall after being erected, and to improve building construction. Since there is an extremely strong demand for completely eliminating accidents in which the shoji slips off the rails and falls during use, various preventive devices have been developed and improved. The present invention provides a sliding shoji shoji and a single-sliding shoji shoji with a structure for preventing the shoji from coming off in order to achieve the above object. Embodiments will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. Figure 1 is a vertical cross-section of a sliding shoji in which the present invention is applied, in an open state. 1 is an outer shoji, 2 is a screen door, and the upper part of the upper stile 3 of the shoji 1 has a concave groove running longitudinally through it. 4, and in the groove 4, a detachment stopper 5 consisting of a detachment prevention body B and its holding case A, which will be described later, is mounted in the groove 4 with screws. If one retainer 5 is provided in the groove, the purpose can be achieved, but it is more reliable if two retainers 5 are installed. 6 is an upper frame rail, 7 is a lower frame rail, and 8 is a lower stile. The retainer 5 is constituted by a combination of a case A and a retainer body B. The case A is screwed onto the bottom of the groove 4, and the retainer body B is attached to the case A.
It is rotatably supported on the shaft. For the sake of explanation, FIG. 1 will be referred to as a front view of the stopper 5.

Figures 2A and 2B are external views of the case A of the stopper 5, the front of which is L-shaped, and the bottom surface A1 of which is fitted with a screw for fixing it in the concave groove 4 of the upper frame 3. The screw hole A2 is drilled, and the retainer body B is installed in the standing wall A3.
Bearing holes A4 for supporting the shaft are provided at two locations, upper and lower.

Figures 3A and 3B are perspective views of the retaining body B, which consists of two parts, a base B1 and a retaining piece B2, and the base is supported by the case A at its side end B3. be. When the stopper 5 is attached to the groove 4 of the upper frame and installed in the window frame, the upper end of the stopper piece B2 is located below the upper frame rail 6, and the clearance l is larger than that of the lower frame. Rail 7 and lower stile 8
and are smaller than the dimension L in which they engage with each other in the vertical direction. On the other hand, the upper end of the base B1 of the retaining body B is located above the lower end of the upper frame rail 6.

FIG. 4 is a plan view of the locking body B being pivotally supported on the case A, and the body B is freely rotatable in the hour hand direction θ (90 degrees) in the figure from the same plane as the standing wall A3. The position of the retainer main body shown in FIG. 4 shows the position where it has been rotated to the right by θ 1 30 degrees, and the tip of the retainer piece B 2 is in contact with the indoor side wall of the groove 4 as shown in FIG. This is what is shown. Since the retaining body B is constantly receiving force to rotate clockwise by the spring 12 fitted between the pair of upper and lower shaft support holes B3, B3, the retaining body B is always rotated clockwise, so that the retaining body The tip of B2 is in contact with the indoor wall of the groove 4. The difference between A and B in Fig. 2 is that in Fig. A, the stepped portion 9 is attached to the bottom surface A1 of the case A in order to ensure that the rotatable angle θ of the retaining body B is accurately within 90 degrees. I'm doing it. Note that the protrusion at the lower end of FIG.
It is 0. In addition, in Figure 3 A, the retaining piece B
A slope 11 is provided to taper the tip and upper end of the tip. This simply makes it easier to attach or remove the shoji from the window frame by forming the slope. FIG. 5 is a side view of the stopper 5 seen from the indoor side, showing a state where the rotation angle θ is 0.

Next, to explain the operation, a shoji in which one or two retainers 5 are fixed in advance to the bottom of the groove 4 using the screw holes A2 is shown in FIG.
Press the shoji toward the indoor side so that the outside surface of the upper frame rail 6 presses the base B1 of the anti-tilt main body so that the shoji is at 0 degrees, straddle the upper frame rail 6, and lift the shoji onto the lower frame rail 7. When placed on the shoji, the shoji is fitted, and once it is installed, the spring 12 works immediately and the tip of the stopper piece B2 of the stopper 5 is attached to the upper frame 3.
Rotate until it comes into contact with the indoor side wall of the groove 4.
The rotation angle θ 1 is approximately 30 degrees, and the condition is as shown in Figure 1. Even if the shoji is touched afterwards, the shoji will not come off because there is a retaining piece B2 below the upper frame rail. . Also, of course, it will not come off while you are using it. In order to remove the shoji, it is necessary to intentionally move the retaining piece B2 against the force of the spring 12 so that the rotation angle θ approaches 0 degrees. Therefore, there is no chance of the shoji being accidentally dropped during construction or falling during use. The structure of the stopper 5 is extremely simple and inexpensive since it is simply two parts made of hard synthetic resin that are pivotally connected by inserting a spring. Furthermore, in this structure, the presence of the base portion B1 of the retaining body B serves as a steady rest when the shoji is running. In this embodiment, the inner shoji is not provided with a retainer, but since the inner shoji cannot be removed unless the outer shoji is removed, it may or may not be provided. On the other hand, by closing the shoji 1 and pulling the shoji 1 against the force of the spring 12 using a crescent or other means, the shoji 1 is crimped with a tight material (not shown) attached to the side wall of the groove 4 facing the rail 6. The attachment of the stopper 5 does not cause any problems in terms of soundproofing. In this example,
The frames of the inner and outer shoji screens come into contact with the packing 13 fitted around the four circumferences of the window frame to achieve a soundproofing effect.

As mentioned above, if the present invention is applied to the so-called rail-guide sliding shoji in which the groove on the upper end of the upper frame straddles the upper frame hanging rail, the shoji will be well guided by the rail 6 not only when it is stopped but also when it is running. It allows for smooth running without rattling, and once installed, the shoji will never come off.

Also, since the present invention is attached to a shoji screen, it is extremely easy to attach, remove, and replace. If it is made of synthetic resin, it is suitable for mass production and contributes to cost reduction.
