In other words, anti-slip materials for stairs inherently need to function as anti-slip through their cushioning properties or frictional properties, but in recent years, anti-slip materials for stairs have been installed on stairs indoors,
In particular, since it has a strong impact on the aesthetics of the area around stairs, aesthetic harmony between the stairs and anti-slip materials is considered to be an important factor for designers and users of anti-slip materials such as residents. It's getting old. However, such anti-slip materials for stairs are generally manufactured using synthetic resin materials in order to obtain cushioning properties, so it is necessary to apply finishing materials made of synthetic resin materials to the stair treads. It was relatively easy to maintain harmony between the two types of stairs due to the similarity of their materials, but when anti-slip materials were installed on wooden stairs, there was a large difference in texture. , which had the disadvantage of not being able to achieve harmony at all. These drawbacks are due to the fact that anti-slip materials for stairs are inherently required to have cushioning properties or frictional performance, and in order to satisfy these requirements, this type of anti-slip material for stairs is manufactured from synthetic resin materials. As a result, this is a major reason why anti-slip materials are still not widely used on wooden stairs, despite their high usefulness.

The present invention solves the inevitable drawbacks of such anti-slip materials for stairs by adding a wood grain pattern to the top surface of the flat plate part of the approximately L-shaped hard substrate, and providing parting parts with no pattern at the corners. The problem was solved from a completely different perspective than conventional solution methods.

The structure of the present invention will be explained based on the embodiments shown in the attached drawings. The hard substrate 1 fixed to the stairs K is formed into a substantially L-shape by extrusion molding of hard synthetic resin and its foam material, and is a flat plate. An upward protrusion 9 having a patternless parting part is formed on the upper surface of the distal end of the flat plate part 2, and a wide upward concave groove 3 is formed from the rear thereof to the rear end. 9, a locking leading edge 4 facing downward is provided vertically, and an adhesive sheet (not shown) is attached to the flat plate part 2 to the road surface Ka of the stairs K, and the locking leading edge 4 to the riser surface Kb of the stairs K. ) etc.

A wood grain pattern 5 is printed on the bottom surface of the upward groove 3 formed in the flat plate part 2 of the hard substrate 1 to harmonize with the wood grain of the stairs K.
A transparent layer 7 made of a soft material such as a soft synthetic resin having appropriate anti-slip protrusions 6...6 on the upper surface is integrally provided during molding, or is integrally welded after molding.

Further, an upward groove 3 formed in the flat plate portion 2
As shown in FIG. 2, it is also possible to form an upward groove 3 that expands inward, and to fit the protruding lower ends of the transparent layer 7 on both sides into the upward groove 3. be.

Furthermore, in addition to printing the wood grain pattern 5 on the bottom surface of the upward groove 3 formed on the flat plate part 2, as shown in FIG. A sheet 8 on which a wood grain pattern 5 is printed is placed on the bottom surface of the groove 3, and the sheet 8 is fitted into the inwardly expanding upward groove 3 so as to lock the lower ends of the transparent layer 7 on both sides. By the way, wooden pattern 5
It is also possible to change the printed sheet 8 in various ways to create an arbitrary harmony with the wood grain of the stairs.

The present invention has the above configuration,
On the upper surface of the flat plate part of the approximately L-shaped hard substrate, an upwardly directed protrusion with a parting part with no pattern is protruded at the tip thereof, and behind the protrusion, a wide upwardly facing protrusion with a wood grain pattern on the bottom wall is protruded. A groove is formed, and a transparent layer made of soft material is integrally provided in the groove, and when the transparent layer is seen through, the wood grain pattern is exposed on the flat plate, so it harmonizes with the wooden staircase. It is possible to aim for
The beauty of the entire staircase is enhanced. Furthermore, since a patternless parting part is formed on the tip side of the flat plate part, it can provide a parting effect without interfering with the harmony between the wooden stairs and the anti-slip material, thereby preventing accidental missteps. You can go up and down safely.

In addition, this wood grain pattern has a transparent layer made of soft material on the upper side of the upward groove on the flat plate, so the wood grain pattern will not disappear due to wear and will last for a long time. It is possible to maintain harmony, and since the wood grain pattern is applied by printing etc., it was necessary to form the flat plate part on a hard and flat surface, but it is necessary to form the flat plate part on a hard and flat surface. Since it is provided with this material, it is possible to maintain a high anti-slip effect, and the soft material absorbs treading pressure to provide a good treading feeling.
