Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce leakage flux sufficiently by molding and magnetizing a plastic magnet in which the inside of plastics is filled with the powder or granules of a ferromagnetic material and a magnetically soft material. CONSTITUTION:A plastic magnet 5 is manufactured by filling the inside of plastics 8 such as a polyamide resin with the ferromagnetic material powder 6 of barium, strontium or the like as a ferromagnetic material and the magnetically soft material powder or granules 7 of manganese zinc ferrite, a permalloy, pure iron or the like as a magnetically soft material and molding and magnetizing the ferromagnetic material powder 6 and the soft magnetic material powder or granules 7. Accordingly, the leakage flux 9 of the ferromangetic material powder 6 is absorbed approximately to adjacent magnetically soft material powder 7, thus remarkably reducing magnetic flux leaking to the out-side.

Conventional technology Various types of suction tools using permanent magnets have been put into practical use, but most of them are
One magnetic pole surface such as a pole is made to attract an object to be attracted, and an auxiliary iron piece shaped so that it can come into contact with the object to be attracted is fixed to the other pole surface, and the object to be attracted and the auxiliary are attached between the two poles of the permanent magnet. Forming a closed magnetic path with low magnetic resistance made of iron pieces increases the attraction force. FIG. 3 shows the most common example of this type of suction device. 1 is a disk-shaped permanent magnet magnetized in the thickness direction, and 2 is a cylindrical soft magnetic material with a single-sided garden fixed to the S pole surface of the disk-shaped permanent magnet 1. This suction tool has the N-pole surface of the permanent magnet 1 and the cylindrical edge [12a] of the soft magnetic material 2 both adsorbed to another soft magnetic material (not shown) which is the object to be attracted, and the N and S of the permanent magnet 1. A closed magnetic path with low magnetic resistance consisting of the soft magnetic material 2 and the object to be attracted is formed between the two poles to obtain a stronger attraction force.

If such a magnetically recorded card or ticket is exposed to an external magnetic field, the magnetically recorded information will be destroyed. For this reason, if a suction device that uses permanent magnets as described above is used for a drawer drawer or a stopper for a handbag, the recorded information will be destroyed if cards or tickets are brought carelessly close to the suction device. There was a slip. That is, in the suction tool shown in FIG. 3, when the magnet is attracted, the two poles of the permanent magnet 1 are short-circuited by the object to be attracted, and almost no leakage magnetic flux 3 is generated. When opened, a wide range of leakage magnetic flux 3 is generated as shown in the figure.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a structure was devised in which a shield plate 4 made of soft magnetic material was fixed to the upper part of the permanent magnet 1 as shown in Fig. 4, but the generation of leakage magnetic flux was reduced. However, this is still not sufficient, and there is a problem in that the manufacturing cost increases as the materials used and manufacturing time increase.

By taking the above-mentioned measures, most of the magnetic flux generated by the magnetized ferromagnetic powder or grains is absorbed by the adjacent soft magnetic powder or grains.
The leakage magnetic flux is significantly reduced. However, when another soft magnetic material, which is an object to be attracted, is attracted to the magnetized surface, a closed magnetic path is formed and a strong attraction force is obtained.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. Figure 1 shows ferromagnetic powder 6 such as barium or strontium, which is a ferromagnetic material, in plastic 8 such as polyamide resin.
and a plastic magnet 5 filled with soft magnetic powder or granules 7 such as manganese zinc ferrite, permalloy, pure iron, etc., and molded and magnetized. According to this configuration, most of the leakage magnetic flux 9 of the ferromagnetic powder 6 is absorbed by the adjacent soft magnetic powder as shown in FIG. 2, and the magnetic flux leaking to the outside is significantly reduced.

However, even with this configuration, if another soft magnetic material to be attracted is attracted and a closed magnetic path is formed, no decrease in the attraction force is observed, and there is almost no problem when used as an attraction tool. The reason is that the part of the soft magnetic powder 7 adjacent to the N pole side of the ferromagnetic powder is the S pole, and the part of the soft magnetic powder 7 adjacent to the S pole side of the ferromagnetic powder 6 is the N pole. This is because the soft magnetic powder 7 also acts as a magnet.

Effects of the Invention As mentioned above, the leakage magnetic flux of the adsorbent configured according to the present invention can be sufficiently reduced compared to the conventional one.
There is less risk of destruction of recorded information on cards or tickets on which various information is magnetically recorded. Furthermore, the number of parts is reduced compared to the conventional example, and the complexity of gap formation is eliminated, which is of great industrial value.
