As shown in FIG. 7, the conventional sandwich panel 4 has opposite ends of the outer skins 1.2 facing each other.
A prayer bent piece 5.6 is formed by bending it toward the side, and biting pieces 5a and f3a are provided at the tip of this prayer bending piece 5.6, and the biting pieces 5a and 6a are embedded in the foamed synthetic resin 3. It was. However, this conventional sandwich panel 4 was weak against force in the direction of the arrow in FIG. In addition, in order to manufacture the conventional Santoi Tuna panel 4, the pair of outer skins 1 and 2 are continuously fed to a gupuru conveyor, and the pair of outer skins i1 and 21
The foamed synthetic resin 3 is injected into 1fl and filled with ζ foam.In this case, in order to prevent the foamed synthetic resin 3 from leaking from between the side edges of the opposing outer skins 1 and 2, the foamed synthetic resin 3 is poured between both sides of the double conveyor. A side seal conveyor had to be placed.

A metal band plate 14 is continuously supplied from an uncoiler 15 into the gap between the two continuously supplied outer skins 1 and 2, and is applied to the inner surface of at least one of the outer skins 1. i? @14 is designed to be laminated in succession 1
In the embodiment of the drawing, the outer skin 1 is continuously supplied in a lower position.
It is designed to be stacked on the inner surface (the upper surface in FIG. 1) of the. That is, an adhesive such as a hot melt adhesive is applied to the continuously supplied strip 14 by an adhesive application 8!16, and flJR pasting like a pressure roller is applied to the strip 4j++mu^4+rh11 by a device 17. =1

Moreover, the strip plate 3 is laminated on the inner surface of at least one of the two outer skins 1゜2, and adhesive is applied to the locking surface of at least one of the locking pieces 7.8. In this state, the two outer skins 1°2 are sent to the double conveyor 9 via the preheating device 18. A foamed synthetic resin 3 is injected near the entrance of the double conveyor 9, foamed inside the double conveyor 9, and foamed and filled between the two outer skins 1.2. In this case, when entering the double conveyor 9, the locking pieces 7 and 8 of the upper and lower outer skins 1 and 2 are locked together and bonded with adhesive, so that the double conveyor 9
When the foamed synthetic resin (fat 3) injected between the two outer skins 1.2 is foamed inside, the foamed synthetic resin 3 does not leak from between the side edges of the outer skin 1.2, unlike the conventional method. It is no longer necessary to install a side seal conveyor between both ends of the double conveyor 9 to prevent leakage of the foamed synthetic resin.After passing through the double conveyor 9, a cutting device such as a round blade cross cutter is removed. The outer skins 1 and 2 are cut into a predetermined size by S and the locking pieces 7 and 8 are connected to each other as shown in FIG.
After locking, the sandwich panel 4 with the ff1 integrated is manufactured.

The sandwich panel 4 manufactured as described above can be used, for example, as a shutter A for an opening in a building as shown in FIG.
It is used as a panel that constitutes tjSs.
As shown in the figure, the hinge plate part 21 of the hinge 20 is applied to the surface of the outer skin 1 on one side of the sandwich panel 4, and the hinge plate part 21
The sandwich panels 4 are foldably connected in the vertical direction using hinges 20 by fixing the fixing pads 22 inserted through the outer skin 1 to the strip plate 14 using the fixing method 14:22. Rollers 23 are attached to both left and right ends of the sandwich panel 4, and in the embodiment shown in FIG. The roller 23 is rotatably supported by the roller support portion 25. Vertical rails 26 are provided on both sides of the opening of the m-piece, and a horizontal rail 27 is continuously provided under the ceiling on the indoor side from the upper end of the vertical rail 2G. In other words, the vertical rail 26 and the horizontal rail 27 constitute a substantially inverted rail. Shutter A has each roller 23 fitted into the left and right rails so that it can run freely, and when shutter A is placed on vertical rail 26, the opening of the building is closed, and shutter A is moved to position on horizontal rail 27. Sometimes the openings in the building are opened. The shutter A is opened and opened by an opening/closing means 28. @4 Figure shows an example of the opening/closing means 28. In this embodiment, the lower end of the wire 30 wound around the pulley 29 is connected to the lowermost sandwich panel 4, and the pulley 29 is rotated by the motor 31 and moved along the shutter A rail. In Figure 0M54, numeral 32 is a coil spring wound around the pongee 33 of the pulley 29;
A spring force is applied in the direction of pulling up and opening the shutter A, and this is due to the rotation of the motor 31. /It serves to reduce the force required to pull up Yantar A. In this embodiment, a pulley 29, a wire 30,
The opening/closing means 28 is composed of a coil spring 32, a pongee 33, a motor 31, and the like. A recess 34 is provided at the side end of the sandwich panel 4, and half of the packing 35 is fitted into the four parts 34, and when the shutter 8 is opened, the exposed half of the packing 35 is inserted into the other sandwich panel 4.
It is elastically pressed by the protrusion 36 to maintain airtightness.

[Effect of the invention 1] In the present invention, as described above, the foamed synthetic OI fat is filled between the two outer skins! ! The sandwich panel is provided with bent pieces protruding toward the opposite outer skin side at both ends of the outer skin, and the locking pieces provided at the ends of the bent pieces are locked together and bonded with adhesive. Therefore, the two outer skins can be integrated to improve the strength of the sandwich panel, and the two outer skins can be placed opposite each other, and both ends of the outer skins can be bent toward the opposite outer skin side. At the same time, the ends of the bent pieces are provided with locking pieces that lock each other, and the locking pieces are glued to each other with adhesive, and the two outer skins that are fed facing each other are transported to a double conveyor. Since the foamed synthetic resin is foamed and filled between the opposing outer skins within a double conveyor, positioning can be performed accurately by engaging the locking pieces when manufacturing a sandwich panel that integrates two outer skins. Moreover, by integrating the adhesive of the locking piece, the locking piece can prevent the foamed synthetic resin from leaking into the side forces, and the conventional side seal conveyor is no longer necessary.
