よつて外軸1の後方へ後退され、該中軸3の後退
によつて芯体把持手段4が外軸1先端と再度協働
して芯体10を把持し筆記可能状態となる。突出
させた芯体10を芯室9へ収納するには、前述の
操作の後に外軸1の先端部を上方に向けて中軸3
の後端部を押してやればよい。即ち、外軸1の先
端部を上方に向けて中軸3の後端部を押圧してや
ると、芯体把持手段4が芯体10の把持を解放す
ると共に蓋体11が長手方向に伸長する(第3図
参照)為、芯体10が自重で芯室9へ落下する。
この後に中軸3への押圧力を解除すれば、中軸3
は外軸1に対し後退され、該後退によつて芯体把
持手段4は外軸1先端部との協働によつて縮径さ
れ、又、蓋体11が芯室9と芯体案内部2との連
通を遮断し、第1図に示す収納状態となすことが
できる。
