It is preferable that the vacuum double pot has a double wall structure in which a vacuum insulation space is formed inside the entire circumferential wall, but it is necessary to boil the content liquid once or to raise the temperature as an auxiliary for heat retention. Trying to heat it is extremely inefficient. Therefore, the present applicants have previously proposed an electric pot in which a vacuum double container is made of metal and has a single bottom, and the container can be efficiently heated from the outside of the single bottom. However, even if the impact resistance and heating efficiency of the liquid content are satisfactory, the heat retention function is deteriorated due to heat radiation from the metal single bottom portion to the outside, and it is still not fully satisfactory.

This idea combines a main body with a single bottom that is advantageous for heating with an external heat source such as an attached heater or a variety of ordinary gas stoves, and an insulating bottom that covers the single bottom of the main body to provide heat insulation. The object of the present invention is to provide a metal vacuum double container that also satisfies insulation performance.

The main body 1 is formed into a kettle type as shown in the figure together with a heat insulating bottom 10, and has a single bottom part 4 as shown in FIG.
It can be used and handled not only in the state in which it is fitted into the recess 14 of the heat insulating sole 10, but also in the state shown in FIG. When the main body 1 is separated from the heat insulating bottom 10, the single bottom part 4 is exposed, and when heated by placing it on the stove 24 as shown in FIG. The content liquid can be efficiently heated through the bottom part 4 and brought to a boil in a short time. When the contents boil, the main body 1
When removed from the top of the stove 24 and its single bottom part 4 is fitted into the recess 14 of the heat insulating bottom 10 as shown in Figure 1, the boiling contents are absorbed between the double wall made of stainless steel with poor thermal conductivity and the double wall made of stainless steel with poor thermal conductivity. Vacuum insulation space between walls 5,
13 and 18. Therefore, heat radiation to the outside from the single bottom portion 4, which improves heating performance, is sufficiently suppressed, and heat retention is improved, and the heat insulating bottom 10 also functions as a heat insulating tray for the main body 1 immediately after heating. In addition, the insulating lid 15 also has the liquid supply port 6.
This improves heat retention by suppressing heat radiation from the inside to the outside.

According to this invention, it is a vacuum double pot made of metal with excellent impact resistance, and has a single bottom part on the main body with a vacuum insulation space between the inner and outer containers, and the inside of the wall of the single bottom part is a vacuum insulation space. Since it is covered with a container-shaped insulating bottom, external heating to boil the contents and raise the temperature to maintain a constant temperature can be efficiently performed through the single bottom of the main body, and it is also possible to heat the contents from the single bottom to the outside. Heat radiation can be suppressed by a heat insulating bottom. Therefore, it satisfies the contradictory functions of heating and heat retention of the liquid content.
