Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a top of paper from being folded as well as to stack it accurately, by finding the moving direction and travel of a guide member truing up both front and rear ends of the paper with a control circuit, while energizing its driving source via a connecting member, and moving the guide member. CONSTITUTION:With indication of a control circuit 16, a front guide alone is driven via a connecting selector device 14 and it is moved till a position sensor 15 is turned on. Next, a rear guide 11 is driven (13) up to a travel limit point B via the connecting device 14. Then, according to size of paper 20 to be fed, the front guide 10 is moved to an A point, and a distance between points A and B is adjusted to size of the paper 20. A feed roller 21 is controlled (16), rotating it toward an arrow 31, and the paper 20 is delivered. If a rear end C of the paper 20 fails to get out of the feed roller 21, the paper 20 is naturally dropped down between the front guide 10 and the rear guide 11. The succeeding paper is stacked up likewise. With this constitution, a tip of the paper prevented from being folded, and plural sheets of paper are accurately stacked.

合わせ装置に関するものである。

と接続し、その移動量と移動方向を制御手段からの指示
で伝達するための連結部材とを具備するとともに、前ガ
イド部材が移動可能な範囲の前端に用紙の大きさに応じ
て前ガイド部材を移動させるための前ガイド位置検知手
段を設けるという構成を備えたものである。

手段14fil換える。制御回路16から駆動源13に
より後ガイド11を後方へ移動させて機構的な限界点B
点で停止させる。次に給紙ローラ21によって供給され
てくる用紙2oのサイズに合わせて前ガイド1o′ft
、移動可能範囲17内のA点に移動させる。これには連
結切換手段14を前ガイド10のみを移動させるモード
に設定し、駆動源13の駆動力を利用する。このとき入
点とB点の距離が、用紙2oの寸法に合わせて制御回路
16で設定されていることは言うまでもない。

を共に移動させるモードに設定する。そのまま両方のガ
イドを前方へ移動させると複数の用紙20の束を整頓し
たまま移動させることが可能になるものである。

前ガイド部材、上記後ガイド部材を用紙の大きさに応じ
て移動させる為の制御手段とを具備することを特徴とす
る位置合わせ装置。
