うに塑性変形させることにより、第6図に示すように、

分と裏部12とを係合当接する。このようにして連結さ
れた両部材1.2は、加工時における肉厚の減少も殆ど
無く、強固な連結状態を得ることができる。なお、一方
の部材1の端部からプレス加工線までの部分5、および
裏部12の加工は上記工程の逆の順序あるいは同時に行
