Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable control of heating of foods to their respective proper temperatures with-in the same time, by a method wherein a plurality of foods being different in a desired heating temperature are separately contained in the same container, and heating treatment is applied on the food in a way that the food is surrounded with a sheet different in a microwave transmission rate so that heating action depending upon their respective heating temperatures is applied thereon. CONSTITUTION:A package sheet 3, with which a surface radiated with microwaves is covered, is constituted such that it is divided into different sheet surfaces 3a, 3b, 3c..., being different in a microwave transmission rate, at each containing part so that, when the package sheet is heated under the same condition by a high frequency heating device, the heating temperature of a food in the containing part is controlled to a desired value. For example, the package material sheet surface 3a, positioned facing a containing part 1a packed with rice 2a, is formed by a material, having an excellent microwave transmission rate, a sheet surface 3b, positioned facing a containing part 1b, containing meat 2b therein, is formed by a material having transmission factor lower than that of the aforesaid package sheet surface, and a package sheet 3c, positioned facing a containing part 1c containing a pickled substance 2c, is formed by a material being further difficult to transmit microwaves. This constitution enables a plurality of foods having different desired heating temperatures from each other to be heated and cooked to a proper temperature within one same heating time.

In general, high-frequency heating devices are designed so that the radio wave energy in the heating chamber is radiated uniformly to the object to be heated, so if multiple foods with different optimum heating temperatures, such as Tonka rice, are placed in the same container and heated at the same time, It tends to be overcooked or undercooked.

Conventionally, heating control for this type of heating device includes a method of adjusting the heating time, a method of detecting the temperature of the object to be heated, and controlling the output of the radio wave generation source. However, all of these methods are means for controlling the heating of a single food item, and cannot simultaneously control the heating of different types of foods to their respective appropriate temperatures as described above.

When cooking several types of foods at the same time using a high-frequency heating device such as a microwave oven, this invention stores multiple foods with different desired heating temperatures individually in the same container, so that the foods in each compartment are relatively close to each other. Part or all of the wall of each storage compartment is heat-treated by surrounding it with a sheet or cover with different microwave transmittance so that it receives high-frequency heating action according to the appropriate heating temperature. In order to carry out the method, a food packaging material is used in which the sheet surface of the sheet packaging material is divided into a plurality of regions having different high frequency transmittances.

The present invention will be explained in detail below. In the diagram, l is the food to be heated? Foods having different desired heating temperatures, such as rice 2a, meat dishes 2b, and pickled vegetables 2c, are separately housed in a microwave oven or the like for high-frequency heating.

3 is a packaging sheet that covers the surface of the container l that receives microwave radiation in the heating chamber of the high-frequency heating device, and the sheet 3 reaches the desired heating temperature of the food inside when heated under the same conditions with the high-frequency heating device. The sheet surface 3 a p has a different microwave transmittance for each storage section so as to be controlled.
It is divided into 3 b p 3 e...

As in the example shown in the figure, when rice 2a, meat dish 2b such as pork cutlet, and pickled vegetables 2C are placed in the same container l and cooked, rice 2a needs to be heated to a relatively high temperature, whereas rice 2a needs to be heated to a relatively high temperature. Meat dish 2b must be heated at a relatively low temperature because if it is heated too much, it will become tough and the flavor will deteriorate. Moreover, there is almost no need to heat the pickled vegetables 2c. For this reason, the packaging material sheet surface 3a corresponding to the storage section 1a filled with rice 2a is made of a material that transmits microwaves well, such as a heat-resistant synthetic resin material, and The seat surface 3b corresponding to the portion 1b is made of a material with lower transmittance, such as stainless steel or the like, instead of aluminum or aluminum alloy.

In other words, it is sufficient that the sheet surface of the packaging material is divided into multiple areas with different microwave transmittances. For example, as shown in Figure 2, a material whose microwave transmittance changes depending on the sheet thickness is used to divide each food item into The microwave transmittance may be controlled by varying the thickness of the sheet in response to the desired heating temperature. Furthermore, Figure K3 shows an opening 4 a s in the sheet surface made of a material such as stainless steel that reflects microwaves.
4 b t 4 a f may be formed, and the microwave transmittance may be varied depending on the mesh of the opening (roughness). In this case, the opening may be punched out or may be formed by a mesh.

Since the present invention has the above configuration, a plurality of foods having different desired heating temperatures can be heated to their respective appropriate temperatures within the same heating time. Therefore, it is possible to cook delicious food without sacrificing the flavor of each food, and since complex foods can be processed in one heating process, compared to cooking each food separately, power consumption can be greatly reduced and the process can be done quickly. This is extremely useful in practical terms, as it enables various services.
