て、以下に本考案装置の構成を添附図面に示され
た好適な各種実施例について説明する。

前方に延出する如く基端側を装着した左右一対の
誘導枠13,13を併列状に設ける。左右一対の
誘導枠13,13の対向内側には、基端側が枢支
軸15,15を介して左右一対の誘導枠13,1
