成形設備、特に電縫管製造ラインにおいて成形
サイズ変更に対応してロール組替を行なう必要が
ある。成形ラインの前段域、中段域に使用されて
いる成形ロールは重量がありかつ数も多い為ロー
ル交換作業が困難で時間もかかり設備費も高くな
るなどの問題点があつた。これらの問題点を軽減
する目的で特公昭45−29896号公報に比較的小径
の成形ロール2群を傾斜直線通路16上に配置し
傾斜面に沿つて上下させることにより幅方向およ
び上下方向調整可能に支持する装置が開示されて
いる(例を第1図に示す)。また実公昭46−28897
号公報には比較的小径の成形ロール2を下ロール
群と上ロール群に分けて配設し、ライン方向に並
べて支持された左右対の下ロール群をライン幅方
向に開閉、また上下方向に昇降する装置が開示さ
れている(例を第2図に示す)。しかしながらこ
れらの装置はいずれも成形ロール2を保持してい
る架台17が基礎に固定してあるベースフレーム
18上に配設してある為広いサイズ範囲を扱う成
形装置の場合はベースフレーム18から成形ロー
ル2までの距離が長くなりすなわち架台17の背
が高くなり成形時の反力による架台変形が大きく
その為特に、成形時に大きな反力が出る小サイズ
厚肉材の成形では剛性不足のため適用できないと
いう欠点があつた。

本発明の目的は、比較的小径の成形ロール2を
使用し成形サイズが変つても成形ロール2を交換
することなく広いサイズ範囲に共用させることで
設備費を軽減させさらにロール交換に要する作業
時間を不要とするとともに、小サイズ厚肉材を成
形する場合でもその成形反力に十分耐える高い剛
性を有する設備を提供することである。

ール群をそれぞれ独立して左右対称に配設したロ
ール支持梁5に傾動調節自在に支持し、該支持梁
をライン直角方向に進退調整する開閉機構に取り
付けたものを側面成形ロール組立体とする。また
成形材料の中央部を支持し、昇降機構を有するロ
ールを下部ロール組立体とする。それら2つの組
立体を1つの枠状のフレーム12に配設し、その
フレーム12を昇降装置13により高さ調節可能
に支持するものである。

形反力に耐える十分な剛性が確保でき精度の良い
良好な成形がなされる。

の断面A−Aの拡大図、第7図は下部ロールの昇
降機構の拡大断面図である。
