[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention provides a method for moving the outer edge of a door plate forming the side wall and front wall of a box portion at a constant speed along the front wall and side wall. This invention relates to a Buddhist altar that can be opened and closed without reducing the storage volume of the box part (and whose door plate can be opened and closed with good appearance).

Further, such a Buddhist altar is provided with a rotating arm C whose one end is attached to the door plate B and whose other end moves laterally along the front wall of the box part A. The door plate B was opened and closed by the lateral movement and rotation of C. However, in such a case, in order to move the door plate B smoothly and at approximately constant speed, the guide groove that guides the outer edge of the door plate B passes through the outer edge position E of the door plate B in the closed state. It was formed in a smooth arc shape toward the pivot point F.

Therefore, when the door plate B is opened and closed, the outer edge of the door plate B diagonally crosses the corner portion of the box portion A, and as a result, the Buddhist altar has a space where Buddhist utensils etc. cannot be placed at the corner portion of the box portion. This has the disadvantage that a G is formed, reducing the storage volume of the box part.
