【考案の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は、コンクリート壁体等に孔を明けて打
ち込まれるアンカーナツトに関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to an anchor nut that is drilled and driven into a concrete wall or the like.
(従来の技術及び問題点)
アンカーナツトのクサビ体は、常時はアンカー
ナツトとなる中空筒状の本体の中に装備されてい
て、必要なときにそれをハンマー等で押打できる
ようになつているが、従来のものは実公昭56−
7692号に示すようにアンカーナツトのねじ孔内に
クサビ体を嵌入し、クサビ体に係止突起を設けた
ものであるが、係止突起はクサビ体の円筒部外周
に対し直角に張り出すバリ状の薄鍔からなるもの
であつて、アンカーナツトのめねじ部に緩く係合
するだけであるから、クサビ体は或る程度の遊動
は防止できるものの、少しの押力、衝撃で勝手に
前方又は後方へ移動するおそれがあるため、後方
へ移動する場合は後端口から抜出すおそれがあ

出すことがないようにすることを技術的課題とす

(作用)
アンカーナツトを施工するには次のようにす

け、その孔にクサビ体6を装入したアンカーナツ
ト体4を押し込む。ねじ孔端部口5より鉄棒のよ
うな工具を押し当てハンマーでクサビ体6を前方
へ押打し圧入するとテーパー孔2の方へ押込まれ
るため割筒部3を押し広げコンクリート孔内にお
いて各割筒部片3aがコンクリート壁中へ喰い込
むのでアンカーナツト体4は2度と再び抜け出せ
なくなる。したがつてこのねじ孔1にボルト11
を螺締すれば壁体10に必要な物体12をねじ止

本考案は上述のようにクサビ体の円筒部外周面

によりクサビ体はアンカーナツト体のねじ孔内に
おいて前方に対しては軽いタツチで自由に前進す
るが、後方に対しては逆止される為に勝手に後方
の端部口から抜出すようなおそれがないと共に前
方へのみ遊動するので常にテーパー孔に向う方向
に位置して前方の定位置に不動状にセツトされた
ものとなり、従つて内部でガタついたりせず、又
ガタツキ音もしないので、騒音の心配もない。又
作業を行う場合は後方より軽く押すだけでねじ山
を軽快に乗り越えるように滑つて前方へ移動させ
ることができ、アンカーナツトの打込み作業を能

後端口5よりクサビ体6を装入し、そのクサビ体
6をテーパー孔2部へ強制圧入して割筒部を押広
げるようにしたものにおいて、前記クサビ体6の
円筒部外周面に後方広がりのテーパリングからな
る逆止片7を一体形成し、この逆止片7をアンカ
ーナツト体4のねじ孔内面のねじ山1aに係合し
