As shown in Fig. 2, a member f with a grooved cross section is attached with screws g across the back surfaces a' and a' of a pair of adjacent draining plates a and a, and caulking is applied to the joint c in this member e. As shown in Figs. 3 and 4, a sealer is applied to the upper surfaces a'' and a'' of the joints of a pair of adjacent draining plates a and a.
A structure in which a connecting member i is fixed with a screw j via a screw j is known.

However, these connection devices require welding and screw fixing work when connecting the draining plate, making the connection very troublesome, and the cut surfaces of the screws g, j, sealer h, and connection member i are exposed to the outside. The problem is that the appearance may be damaged due to exposure to water.

Furthermore, since the joint width of the connecting portion is always constant in the above-mentioned connecting device, the draining plate cannot cope with expansion and contraction of the draining plate due to temperature changes or fluctuations in the joint width due to other causes, and the draining plate may become distorted.

With such a connecting device, adjacent draining plates can be relatively displaced to some extent, so expansion and contraction of the draining plates can be absorbed and distortion of the draining plates can be prevented. Since it is fitted into the guide member k while being compressed and deformed, the work becomes troublesome and the connection becomes troublesome.

As described above, the protruding pieces 13, 31' provided on the first joint forming member 2 and the second joint forming member 3
The vertical distances L 3 and L 3 ′ (that is, the thickness) of the concave groove 1
4 and 14', the plate thickness can be made smaller than the upper and lower opening widths of the grooves 4 and 4', so the protruding pieces 13 and 13' can be easily inserted into the grooves 14 and 14'. . In addition, in the embodiment, the protruding pieces 13,
Side portions 14a of grooves 14, 14' formed in 13',
14'a is inclined, so this side part 14a, 1
4'a serves as a guide when inserting the protruding pieces 13, 13, making insertion even easier.

Further, the screws 16, 16' are screwed into the screw holes 15, 15' of the protruding pieces 13, 13' in advance, and the protruding pieces 13,
Since the tightening operation can be performed after inserting the screws 13' into the grooves 4, 4, there is no need to position the screws 16, 16' for insertion and screwing.
13' becomes easier to insert.

Further, since the screws 16, 16' are screwed into the screw holes 15, 15' in the bottoms 14b, 14'b of the grooves 14, 14', their tips 16a, 16'a are connected to the upper surfaces 13a, 13 of the protruding pieces. Since the screws 16, 16' can be screwed and supported by the protruding pieces 13, 13' by tightening them until they are at a position slightly below 'a', the screws 16, 16' will not fall off when inserting the protruding pieces 13, 13'. At the same time, after insertion, it is only necessary to tighten the screws 16, 16' by a small distance, and the screws 16, 16'
The tightening operation is easy.

Furthermore, a first joint component 2 attached to one draining plate 1 and a second joint member 2 attached to the other draining plate 1'
Since they are separated from and not directly connected to the joint component 3, if the draining plates 1, 1' expand or contract due to temperature changes or other causes, the first and second joint components 2, 3 will be relatively displaced and the joint will be damaged. Since the expansion and contraction can be absorbed by changing the width, the draining plates 1, 1' are not distorted.

In the above embodiment, the protruding pieces 13, 13' have screws 1.

Therefore, the above-mentioned factors combine to make the first and second joint constituent members 2, 3 cut into draining plates 1, 1'.
Since it can be easily attached to the end of the drain plate, the pair of draining plates 1 and 1' can be easily connected and work efficiency can be improved. The sealing material C filled in the joint part A does not cause cracks and can be reliably sealed for a long period of time.

Further, since the pair of draining plates 1, 1' are not directly connected, distortion of the draining plates 1, 1' can be prevented when the draining plates 1, 1' expand and contract due to heat.

In addition, the backup material B is the first joint forming member 2.
There is no leakage from the concave joints in contact with the vertical plate 10, horizontal plate 11, pair of cover plates 12, 12, and vertical plate 17, horizontal plate 19, upward bent piece 18 of the second joint component 3, The back-up material B can be easily installed and the sealing material C can be installed, which simplifies the work, and even if the pair of draining plates 1 and 1' expand and contract due to heat, the back-up material B will not leak and the seal will break. This can be prevented.
