ツシの気密装置を提供するものである。 Conventionally, as in the Satsushi airtight device shown in Figure 1,
A horizontal airtight material 3 is provided on the lower stile 2 of the shoji 1 and is brought into sliding contact with the rail 4, and a vertical airtight material 3 is provided on the lower stile 2 of the shoji 1, and is attached to one of the vertical stile 5 connected to the lower stile 2 or the vertical frame 6 against which the stile 5 abuts. In an airtight device in which one member 7 is provided and the other is slidably contacted, rainwater blown into the vertical stile fitting part 8 of the vertical frame 6 flows down along the vertical frame 6 and the vertical stile 5 and reaches the lower frame 9. While water accumulates in the plate plate 10 of the frame, part of the wind and rain flows into the gap between the rail 4 and the U-shaped notch 11 at the lower end of the stile.
Alternatively, the water enters between the lower end of the stile and the lower frame plate and passes through to the lower stile cavity 12, causing a phenomenon in which the water accumulated on the plate is splashed. The first purpose of this invention is to prevent this splashing phenomenon, and the second purpose is to improve the drainage of rainwater that has blown into the vertical frame and between the vertical frames. To provide an air-tight device for satsushi, which has a perfect air-tight state and organically links the two to avoid the splashing phenomenon of accumulated water.

In Publication No. 29190, a piece to prevent rainwater from blowing in is made by pasting an airtight material to the corner part of the sash frame (the former known technique), and a corner member formed to match the shape of the stepped lower frame (the latter known technique) is proposed. Both of these have some effect in preventing rainwater from seeping in by sealing the lower end of the stile per shoji door, but they require additional components in addition to the airtight material, making the device complicated, and as a result, implementation is difficult. Moreover, the rainwater that has flowed in between the vertical frame and the vertical frame is not properly drained, and water accumulates on the upper part of the former prevention piece and the latter corner member, and this is caused by the lower frame plate. There was a risk that the liquid would enter the board and cause a splash phenomenon.

ある。 Therefore, in the present invention, a horizontal airtight material is provided on the lower stile of a shoji screen, and this is brought into sliding contact with the rail. In an airtight device for a sash in which the sash slides into contact with the other side, the lower frame plate on the outdoor side of the shoji rail is formed lower than the plate plate on the indoor side, and when the shoji is closed, the lower end of the vertical stile is A block made of an elastic material that should be in close contact is fixed to a corner of the joint between the vertical frame and the bottom frame, and a gap is provided between the outdoor side surface of the block and the vertical frame partition wall, and this gap is It is arranged above the lower frame dish plate, thereby solving the drawbacks of the above-mentioned prior art.

By specifying the shape etc. of the vertical frame 6 and the vertical stile 5, an idea has been made to improve the drainage of rainwater that has flowed into the space between the vertical frame 6 and the vertical stile 5. That is, the airtight block 13 has an inclined surface 14 that slopes toward the outdoor side formed on its upper surface, and an outdoor side surface 15 that is connected to the surface 14.
There is a gap 1 for drainage between the and the vertical frame partition wall 61.
6 is provided, and furthermore, this gap 16 is provided above the lower frame dish plate 10a on the outdoor side. Since the gap 16 is provided in this way, rainwater that has blown into the vertical frame fitting part 8 of the vertical frame 6 is discharged outside as shown by the arrow in FIG.
It has become possible to prevent water from accumulating on the surface of a, and therefore, it has become possible to completely avoid the phenomenon of splashing of accumulated water that may occur later. Note that this becomes even more effective by forming the inclined surface 14.

With this configuration, it is possible to avoid a situation in which rainwater that has conventionally accumulated on the pan plate on the outdoor side runs over the airtight material 3 and the rail 4 and enters the indoor side.

Furthermore, in FIG. 3, the vertical airtight member 7a is provided with a long tongue piece 71a and a short tongue piece 72a. 17 is a shoji pull block.

When ``a'' is closed, the abutment wall 51a of the vertical stile 5a comes into close contact with the airtight block 13 while contacting the long tongue piece 71a of the vertical airtight member 7a, and is also pulled toward the indoor side by the shoji drawing block 17. The indoor side wall 52a of the vertical stile 5a comes into contact with the short tongue piece 72a of the airtight material 7a to achieve double airtight and watertightness, and furthermore, the transverse airtightness material 3a of the inner shoji lower stile 2a makes it possible to close from the lower end of the shoji. Since the intrusion of wind and rain is prevented, the lower end of the inner shoji frame 5a is completely airtight and watertight. Furthermore, since an elastic material is used for the airtight block 13, when the vertical stile 5a and the block 13 are brought into close contact, not only the long tongue piece 71a but also protrusions such as screw heads 18 are present on the vertical stile abutting wall 51a. Even if the block 13 is closed, the airtightness and watertightness are not hindered, and the elastic deformation of the block 13 makes it possible to sufficiently maintain the tightness. Although the embodiments have been described with respect to internal shoji screens, it goes without saying that the present invention can also be applied to external shoji screens.

A gap is provided at the corner of the sash, and in addition, the gap is provided above the bottom frame plate on the outdoor side, and furthermore, the bottom frame plate on the outdoor side is lower than the rail than the indoor side plate. Since it is formed downward, rainwater that blows into the corner is drained onto the outdoor side plate through the gap, and does not accumulate on the outdoor side plate, which was previously the case. Splashing caused by rainwater accumulation can be completely avoided.
