ストが高い上に更にコストが割高となり、又研磨にもバ
ラツキが出易い等の問題点があった。

凸状態によって両面をサンディングした後、打抜き、中
心部には穴1aを開けた1板1゜とじたものであり、着
磁はシート状の時或は打抜いた後の何れでも可能である

、強磁性部材2.3の突起部2a、3aは板部中央に挿
通して組付けると共に、突出させた押部2c、3cに雄
ねじを設け、取付基板等の雌ねじ孔に螺合させて止着す
るようにした実施例である。尚押部2C13Cは木ねじ
とし、或はビン状とする場合もある。又、この他の止着
手段としては強磁性部材2.3の板部2b、3bp一端
が閉鎖されたパイプ状、又は開放されたパイプ状の止着
部材5.6を他端のラッパ状に拡開された端部の溶着等
により、或は端部を周縁に巻込ませた座金のカシメ付け
により取付け、該止着部材5,6の一端を掛止具の取付
基板に開設した穴に押入して基板面より突出させ、その
突出端を拡開させてカシメるようにし、又開放端内に飾
りボタンの提体、鍔付の提体等を圧入して止着し、或は
内孔に雌ねじを刻設して鍔付きボルトを螺入して止着す
るようにし、或は閉鎖パイプ状の止着部材5.6を膨成
室を有する取付部材内に押入被冠させて形成室内で拡開
させて止着するもの等が用いられる。
