Now, when the operating handle 8 is operated and the push rod 9 is pushed, the push rod 9 moves forward, resists the spring 27 and tilts the relief valve body 22 via the sliding member 26 and the guide member 25, and the relief valve seat 18 Release the valve further and open the relief valve c. Therefore, pressure chamber 13, passage 1
7. The water in the relief valve chamber 19 is released to the secondary side 3b, and as the pressure in the pressure chamber 13 becomes lower than the water pressure in the primary side 3a, the valve body 10 rises and the main valve body 11 is separated from the main valve seat 4 and the main valve a opens,
Water begins to flow from the inlet 1 to the outlet 2. At this time, the control valve body 21 is pushed up by the water pressure and pressed against the control valve seat 14, thereby closing the control valve b. (Figure 2).

Subsequently, as the valve body 10 rises, the sliding member 26 is pulled up and rides on the push rod 9,
When the guide member 25 and the sliding member 26 are slidable, the relief valve body 22 is pressed against the relief valve seat 18 by the spring 27, and the relief valve c is closed. At this time, since the push rod 9 has a concave portion 30 at its tip, the sliding member 26 falls by this amount, so it can reliably rest on the push rod 9, and the relief valve c closes. It becomes easier. On the other hand, just before the relief valve c closes, the valve shaft 23 of the control valve body 21 hits the adjustment screw 33 provided on the lid 7, and the control valve b begins to open.

Since the valve body 10 starts to descend after being completely raised, the inside of the pressure chamber 13 becomes negative pressure, and since the control valve b is open, the water on the primary side 3a passes through the valve and enters the pressure chamber 13 at the same time. Primary side 3a through small hole 20
Water flows into the pressure chamber 13 little by little (Fig. 4), and since the relief valve c is closed, the pressure chamber 13 is suddenly filled with water flowing in from the control valve b and the small hole 20. Increasing its volume, the valve body 10 rapidly descends. (Figure 5).

Finally, the valve body 10 comes down, the main valve body 11 is seated on the main valve seat 4, and the main valve a is completely closed. The control valve body 21 then sinks into the control valve chamber 16 due to its own weight, completing one operation and returning to the state shown in FIG. 1.

When the upper valve member and the lower valve member rotate in opposite directions, by rotating the spring receiver relative to the upper valve member, the spring receiver functions as a slip washer, and the rotational force of both valve members acts on the spring. Therefore, twisting of the spring that occurs when the upper valve member and the lower valve member are screwed together can be completely prevented.

Therefore, the spring force is evenly applied to the relief valve element, and the relief valve element can be reliably seated on the relief valve seat, and the relief valve does not close like conventional valves, but instead remains raised.
There is no fear that the main valve will remain open, the relief valve and the main valve will surely close, and water will not flow out wastefully.
