Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce cost and assembly time by a method wherein a single resin part of a switch lever acts as four parts or a switch button, a switch lever, a shaft and a spring heretofore in use. CONSTITUTION:A switch lever 9 is shaped out of the same material as that of an operating panel 3 or self-extinguishing resin such as polyphenylene oxide or the like and the rotating shaft of the switch lever 9 pivots on the operating panel 3. A thin plate spring 14 is integrally provided in the switch lever 9 so as to deflect the tip of the plate spring 14 within its elastic limit through the rotation of the switch lever about a rotating shaft 15 when the switch lever 9 is depressed in the direction indicated with the arrow.

で作られ、レバー8%Oを動かす働きと、板バネ14を
有している。開閉ボタン4は自己消火性の樹脂で作られ
、万一本体内部に火災が発生しても外部に炎が出ない材
料でできている。開閉ボタン4には、開閉ボタン4が回
転する為の回転軸16が設けられている。回転軸15を
有するフランジ16は内側に弾むようにある程度の長さ
を有していて操作パネル3に設けられた傾斜部17をす
べりながら操作パネルに取り付けられる。したがってこ
れらの部品の組立てるのに要する時間は極めて少い。
