Claims (1)
- 検出器ボデイの上方に設けられその周面をセン
サ取付ベースを溶接固定する内フランジを有する
筒状のヘツドカバーを備え、このヘツドカバーの
軸線方向に延在する環状のリブを前記内フランジ
の外側に一体に設けたことを特徴とする差圧発信
器。
