Claims (1)
付けられた第1移動部材と第2移動部材とが近接
して干渉位置に達したことを検知する干渉検知装
置であつて、前記第2移動部材方向への突出長さ
調節可能な検出棒とこの検出棒を第2移動部材方
向へ押圧する圧縮ばねとを備え絶縁体を介して前
記第1移動部材に取り付けられる検出器と、第1
移動部材と第2移動部材とが干渉位置に達すると
前記検出棒の先端が当接する、絶縁体を介して前
記第2移動部材に取り付けられた導電性部材とか
ら構成し、かつ前記検出器及び導電性部材の何れ
か一方を電源に接続するとともに他方を接地した
