る。[Detailed Description of the Invention] It has already been done to form a three-dimensional pattern of transmission or recesses by spraying abrasive particles onto ceramics, glassware, etc. using a sandblasting method. It has already been done to apply an original pattern to a photosensitive resin film, expose it to light, develop it with water, and remove the unexposed resin corresponding to the areas to which abrasive particles are sprayed by sandblasting, thereby forming a sandblasting protective layer. This is where I am. However, the sandblasting protective film is supported only by a thin support plate so as not to disturb the protective film pattern, and when the protective film is applied to the surface of the object to be transferred using varnish, the thin support plate is also attached at the same time. It is not possible to peel off the supporting thin plate that interferes with sandblasting, and even if an error is found in the pasting position, it is not possible to reapply it, or it is impossible to apply varnish to a curved surface.

特徴とするものである。 The present invention relates to an improved sandblasting protective film transfer method that eliminates such defects and facilitates the process of applying a sandblast protective film using a pasting varnish, and also makes it easy to apply and stop the application if there is an error in the application position. A sandblasting protective layer is formed on a peelable support thin plate such as release paper or resin film, and a thin water-soluble glue layer is provided on the surface of the rice paper of a composite paper in which rice paper is layered on a non-water-absorbing mount. , apply a sandblasting protective film to the water-soluble glue layer using self-adhesive force or a water-insoluble adhesive, apply varnish to the transferred object, peel off the supporting thin plate and non-water-absorbing mount, and paste the rice paper and water-soluble adhesive layer. The method is characterized in that a sandblasting protective film supported by a water-soluble glue layer is varnished, and then the rice paper is peeled off to allow sandblasting to be carried out over the water-soluble glue layer.

The non-exposed portion which remains water-soluble is removed by spraying water and developing, and the portion hardened by exposure to light is adhered to the supporting thin plate 1 to form the sandblasting protective layer 3.

As a result, the sandblasting protective layer 3 uses the rice paper 6 as a support, which makes it possible to peel off the supporting thin plate 1 and at the same time prevent the pattern of the protective layer 3 from being destroyed by the peeling.

The transfer paper 9 is attached to the supporting thin plate 1 and the non-water-absorbing mount 5.
The sandblasting protective layer 3 supported so as not to distort the pattern from the rice paper 6 is bonded and bonded to the varnish 12, and then the rice paper 6 is soaked with water or diluted alcohol to remove only the paper 6. remove.

The timing for reapplying is limited to while the rice paper 6 remains attached and the varnish 12 is undried and maintains sufficient adhesive strength.

The water-soluble glue layer 7 does not have the strength to withstand the spraying of abrasive particles, and is easily destroyed, allowing sandblasting to be performed on surfaces other than those protected by the sandblasting protection layer 3.

トの加工範囲を拡げ得る。 The method of the present invention is similar to the conventional sandblasting protective layer 3.
is formed on a hard thin support plate 1, and the protective film pattern is destroyed if the support thin plate is peeled off. 6 to support thin plate 1
After that, even if the thin plate 1 is peeled off, the protective film pattern is not collapsed,
Furthermore, the supporting thin plate and the non-water-absorbing mount 5 of the composite paper 4, which impede the application of the varnish to the curved surface of the transferred object 11, are peeled off, and the flexible rice paper 6 and the water-soluble glue layer 7 are sandblasted. Protective layer 3
This method is used to adhere the transferred material 11 with the varnish 12 applied to it, and to remove the rice paper 6 that obstructs the sandblasting process by moistening, and to reapply the protective film 3 or apply it to a curved surface. It is now possible to freely apply sanding, and even if the water-soluble glue layer 7 remains, there is almost no problem with sandblasting. When applying varnish to the sandblasting protective layer 3 as shown in the figure, it was not possible to apply the varnish because the adhesive force of the varnish was applied to the supporting thin plate 1. However, it is now possible to easily apply the transfer varnish. , the delicate pattern matching of two or more different patterns of sandblasting protective layers can be applied in a reapplyable manner, and the processing range of sandblasting can be expanded.
