【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、空気調和機に設けられる水受皿の改
良に関するもので、ホース接続管の錆の発生によ
る凝縮水の漏れを防止し、確実に凝縮水がドレン
ホースに導かれるようにすることを目的とするも
のである。

を行うことは非常に困難である。また、水受皿本
体aに設けた排水口dと、水受皿本体aとホース
接続管bとの接続部cがほぼ同一面上にあるた
め、凝縮水が溶接部である接続部cに侵入し易
く、それが錆の発生となり、接続部cの腐食とな
つてここから水漏れ等が生じていた。

となる。さらに、ホース接続管に合成樹脂を使用
することができ、圧入作業も容易とすることがで
きるなどの効果を奏する。
