表面に塗着された塗料を均一に所望の温度に加熱
する塗装膜の焼付方法である。

つて駆動される加工物駆動チエーン5は搬送具7
の下部ボツクスに水平に枢支されたスプロケツト
7に噛合して、搬送具7が乾燥炉1内でいずれの
位置にある場合でも、常にスプロケツト7を回転
させている。搬送具6の下部ボツクスより垂直に
中空の支持筒8,8が並設され、支持筒8
,8の上部には箱形の頭部ボツクス12が固
着されている。頭部ボツクス12内で、それぞれ
の支持筒8,8に対応した位置に、それぞれ
ローラ用スプロケツト10,10が固着され
水平に枢支されたローラ軸9,9が同一高さ
の位置に装着されている。搬送具6の下部ボツク
ス内にはローラ用スプロケツト10,10
対応したスプロケツト(図示してない)が装着さ
れ、その一方のスプロケツトは工作物駆動チエー
ン5によつて駆動されるスプロケツト7の軸に嵌
着されている。下部ボツクス内の2個のスプロケ
ツトと頭部ボツクス12内のローラ用スプロケツ
ト10,10には加工物回転チエーン11が
掛けられている。したがつてローラ軸9,9
は同方向に回転されている。なお工作物回転チエ
ーン11は、支持筒8,8の中空部を貫通し
ているので、直接高温にさらされることがない。

ても、塗装膜を万遍無く均一に焼付けることが出
来る。
