【発明の詳細な説明】
(a) 発明の技術分野
本発明は円板状の加工物の塗装膜の焼付方法に

に懸け、該内周面または外周面とV溝リング間の
摩擦力により該加工物を鉛直面内で回転させなが
ら、該搬送具を乾燥炉内を移送させて、加工物の
表面に塗着された塗料を均一に所望の温度に加熱

ン4に並行に装着され、図示してない動力源によ
つて駆動される加工物駆動チエーン5は搬送具7
の下部ボツクスに水平に枢支されたスプロケツト
7に噛合して、搬送具7が乾燥炉1内でいずれの
位置にある場合でも、常にスプロケツト7を回転
させている。搬送具6の下部ボツクスより垂直に
中空の支持筒81,82が並設され、支持筒8
1,82の上部には箱形の頭部ボツクス12が固
着されている。頭部ボツクス12内で、それぞれ
の支持筒81,82に対応した位置に、それぞれ
ローラ用スプロケツト101,102が固着され
水平に枢支されたローラ軸91,92が同一高さ
の位置に装着されている。搬送具6の下部ボツク
ス内にはローラ用スプロケツト101,102に
対応したスプロケツト(図示してない)が装着さ
れ、その一方のスプロケツトは工作物駆動チエー
ン5によつて駆動されるスプロケツト7の軸に嵌
着されている。下部ボツクス内の2個のスプロケ
ツトと頭部ボツクス12内のローラ用スプロケツ
ト101,102には加工物回転チエーン11が
掛けられている。したがつてローラ軸91,92
は同方向に回転されている。なお工作物回転チエ
ーン11は、支持筒81,82の中空部を貫通し

ても、塗装膜を万遍無く均一に焼付けることが出

焼付方法において、外周面にV溝リングが形成さ
れ鉛直面内で同方向に回転する一対のローラーが
ほぼ同じ高さで近接し直列に設置された搬送具を
用い、該一対のローラのV溝リングに、前記加工
物の内周面または外周面を橋架状に懸け、該加工
物を鉛直面内で回転させながら該搬送具を乾燥炉
内を移送させて焼付ることを特徴とする塗装膜の
