Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for shipment and delivery of feed, by disposing a plurality of tanks of a small constant capacity having a height to permit a bulk vehicle for delivering feed to enter below it so that weighing operation may be omitted in shipment. CONSTITUTION:A tank 11 has a feed discharge port 16 formed at its lower end and the feed discharge port 16 is provided with a slide gate 17 for opening and closing the feed discharge port 16. A distributor 12 for distributing feed is disposed above the tank 11 and the distributor 12 is connected with the respective tanks 11 through a distribution pipe 19, respectively. A bucket elevator 13 is disposed at the one side of the tanks 11 and the bucket elevator 13 is coupled with the distributor 12 at its upper end through a piping 10. The bucket elevator 13 has a receiving hopper 14 serving as a feed receiving port disposed at its lower end. The feed charged into the receiving hopper 4 is transported upwardly by the bucket elevator 13 and further transported into the distributor 12 through the piping 20.

(Problems to be Solved by the Present Invention) However, in the conventional feed storage facility,
A large amount of feed is transported by truck from the factory and stored directly in the storage tank, so a fairly large storage tank is required. At the time of shipment, only the necessary amount of soybean is taken out from the storage tank. Therefore, in the conventional feed storage facilities, not only do the storage tanks have to be large as described above, but also the feed must be weighed each time it is shipped, which requires expensive measuring instruments and weighing equipment. A stock tank is required, and the visiting stock tank must be equipped with equipment that is almost equivalent to a manufacturing factory, such as a quantitative control device, making the entire facility quite complex and large-scale.
There is a problem in that not only does regular moat inspection become necessary, which increases management costs, but also wastes time in shipping and delivery.

Currently, it takes about 20 minutes to ship a ton of feed, although it varies depending on the type of feed.

(Object of the present invention) Therefore, the present invention was made in response to the above-mentioned conventional problems, and it simplifies the storage facility for feed, reduces management costs, and saves a total of 1 time at the time of shipment. The objective is to streamline the I storage facility by omitting work and shortening shipping and delivery time.

(Means for achieving the objective) Therefore, in the unreleased IJ, the feed storage facility is equipped with a plurality of small quantitative tanks with a height above which bulk trucks for feed delivery can enter and exit, and the lower end of the tank is A feed outlet is formed in the tank, the feed outlet is provided with a slide gate for opening and closing the feed outlet, and a feed inlet is formed in the upper end of the tank, and the feed inlet is provided with a slide gate for opening and closing the feed outlet. Each of the tanks is connected by a distribution pipe to a feed distributing destroyer located north of the tank, and a ticket elevator for transporting the feed upward is installed on one side of the tank, and the bucket elevator The upper end of the bucket elevator is connected to the destroyer by piping, and the lower end of the bucket elevator is provided with a receiving hopper serving as a feed receiving port. - (Function) At the time of shipment from the factory (when feed is received), it is weighed in advance using a module that matches the bulk vehicle used for delivery and loaded onto a truck. The separated feed is then loaded into small metering tanks that are designed to hold about 2 tons or 4 tons, respectively, and stored. Distribution to the small metering tank is performed by operating a feed distributing destroyer disposed above the tank. That is, the feed received at the storage facility is distributed there through a receiving hopper, a bucket elevator, piping, and a destroyer, and then distributed to predetermined tanks through each distribution piping.

(Effects of the Present Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, a feed storage facility is provided with a plurality of small-sized planting tanks having a height such that a feed delivery bulk tank can enter and exit the feed storage facility. A feed outlet is formed at the lower end of the tank, a slide gate for opening and closing the feed outlet is provided at the feed outlet, and a feed intake port is formed at the upper end of the tank. .. The feed intake ports are each connected by distribution pipes to feed distributing destroyers disposed above the tank, and a bucket elevator for transporting the feed upward is disposed on one side of the tank. , the north end of the bucket elevator is connected to the destroyer by piping, and the lower end of the bucket elevator is provided with a receiving hopper serving as a feed inlet, and the small metering tank is preliminarily connected to the destroyer. By storing the permitted feed, we were able to eliminate the need to make noise during shipping and delivery. Therefore, since the time required for planning is eliminated, the number of deliveries can be increased by that much, and the cost of delivery can be reduced.

For example, if one delivery time is 1 hour (60 minutes) and a day's wife and childcare time is 8 hours (480 minutes), the conventional schedule would be 20 minutes, 1 hour delivery time = 80 minutes, 480 minutes ÷ 80 minutes = 6 This means that there will be 6 round trips per day. In contrast, the present invention eliminates the need for a total of 14 hours. In other words, since O, 4
80 minutes ÷ 80 = 8, which means that 1[18 round trips can be made. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is approximately 25% lower than the conventional one.
This means that more feed can be delivered. Furthermore, according to the present invention, there is no need for a meter at the time of shipping and delivery, so there is no need for an expensive weighing device, a stock tank for metering, or a conveyor for transporting from a storage tank to a stock tank, making it easier for facilities. This has the effect of a shade that can be simplified and can also reduce initial costs.
