るダイヤル発信部11、及び市外局番短縮ダイヤル番号
を受信した私設交換機2が発信する該市外局番短縮ダイ
ヤル番号に対応する市外局番のダイヤル番号の送出終了
を検出して該送出信号を該ダイヤル発信部11に発信し
、該ダイヤル発信部11に該局番、及び加入者番号の該
送出信号を出力するPBXダイヤル中監視部12を設け
たことにより解決される。
