An upwardly facing mounting surface e is formed, and a projecting piece f is erected from the outer side of the frame body a.

must be fixed to frame a.

If you try to make it completely adhered, you will have to use a large number of screws G to tighten the entire circumference, and this work requires screwing in from above, which is difficult to work with and requires a lot of effort. Not only does it take time, but even if multiple screws g are installed, it is not possible to ensure close contact between the ceiling panel d and the mounting surface e over the entire circumference, resulting in uneven gaps. It is visible from the indoor side and the appearance is poor, and the ceiling panel d is also damaged due to water vapor from the bathroom etc.
There was a defect in that water droplets condensed on the inside of the building entered through areas that did not come into close contact with each other and leaked out to the outside, causing water leakage.

As is well known, a built-in groove 3 into which a ceiling panel 4 is placed is opened downward, and a mounting surface 5 for a ceiling panel 4 is provided horizontally on the top wall portion 1' of the frame 1, as is also well known. is formed.

したものである。 In the present invention, the folded piece 6, which is formed by protruding from the outer side of the frame 1 and further bent inward, is extended to the same width as the placement surface 5. A ceiling panel insertion groove 7 into which the ceiling panel 4 is to be inserted and clamped is formed between the insertion groove 6 and the above-mentioned mounting surface 5, and one or both sides of the insertion groove 7, that is, the upper surface of the mounting surface 5. Alternatively, a large number of small protrusions 8, 8', which can be bit into the ceiling panel 4, are provided on opposite surfaces of the mounting surface 5 and the folded piece 6, respectively.

It is possible to prevent the folded piece 6 from lifting up due to the fluctuation of the ceiling panel 4 due to the external force, and thus it is possible to further improve the adhesion of the ceiling panel and its securing.

The small protrusions 8, 8' are crimped in a linear or dotted manner using a punch or the like, and are inserted into the semi-rigid vinyl chloride layer 4c of the ceiling panel 4 having the above-described structure and fixed.

A double-sided adhesive tape 9 may be pasted on the upper surface of the outer peripheral edge of the ceiling panel 4. In this way, the small protrusions 8, 8' can penetrate into the ceiling panel 4 and the adhesive force of the adhesive tape can be used. Therefore, the adhesion of the ceiling panel 4 can be further improved.

ができる。 As explained above, according to the ceiling frame according to the present invention, the built-in groove 3 of the wall panel 2 is provided on the lower surface side of the frame 1.
is opened downward, and a mounting surface 5 for the ceiling panel 4 is formed on the upper surface side of the frame 1, and
A ceiling panel insertion groove 7 is formed at a distance between a folded piece 6 that is projected upward from the outer side of the frame 1 and is further bent inward and the above-mentioned mounting surface, and the above-mentioned mounting surface 5 In addition, a large number of small protrusions 8 that can be inserted into the ceiling panel 4 inserted into the insertion groove 7 by punching the upper surface of the folded piece 6 are formed to protrude from the ceiling panel 4. , by inserting it into the insertion groove 7 and caulking the folded piece 6 in a line or dot shape with a punch etc. Since the hard vinyl chloride layer 4c can be embedded and fixed in this state, the ceiling panel can be installed in a relatively short time and with light work, without requiring much time and effort like conventional screw fastening work. Instead, the small protrusion 8 sinks into the surface of the ceiling panel 4, completely preventing the ingress of water droplets, etc., and thus preventing the appearance of the ceiling panel from being obstructed by the gap that is inadvertently created between the ceiling panel and the frame. It can also completely eliminate water leakage problems.
