Abstract

PURPOSE:To form the transformer of excellent quality which can be assembled easily by a method wherein an insulating plate and the conductive plate, with which the insulating plate will be pinched from both sides, are inserted into the hole of a magnetic core. CONSTITUTION: The title transformer is formed by inserting an insulating plate 2 into the hole of a magnetic core 1 in such a manner that the insulating plate 2 will be pinched from both sides with conductive plates 3 and 4, they are inserted into the holes 6 and 7 of the main body of a printed substrate 5, and they are electrically wired by performing soldering connections 11 and 12 using conductive patterns 8, 9 and 10. When a high frequency signal is applied to the conductive pattern 8, an electromagnetic induction coupling is generated on the solder-connected conductive plates 3 and 4, and the high frequency signal is divided and outputted to the conductive patterns 9 and 10. On the other hand, when the high frequency signal is applied to the conductive patterns 9 and 10, a back coupling is generated on the conductive patters 9 to 10 and the conductive patterns 10 to 9, because the conductive plates 3 and 4 are electrically wired in opposite phase, and the high frequency signal is attenuated substantially.

In FIG. 7, two conductive wires 21 and 22 (hereinafter referred to as conductive wires) with insulation coating are inserted into two holes of the magnetic core 23, one end of the conductive wire 21 is connected to a terminal 24, and one end of the conductive wire 22 is connected to a terminal 25. , connect the connecting parts of the conductors 21 and 22 to the intermediate tap terminal 26
As such, the insulating coating is removed from the tips of the terminals 24 and 25, and the conductive wires 21 and 22 are wired in opposite phases.

When a high frequency signal is applied to the intermediate tap terminal 26, the high frequency signal is distributed to the terminals 24 and 25 and outputted by electromagnetic inductive coupling. - When a high frequency signal is applied to the right terminal 24 or the terminal 25, anti-coupling occurs from the terminal 24 to the terminal 25 and from the terminal 25 to the terminal 24, and the high frequency signal has a characteristic of being greatly attenuated.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the above configuration, during assembly, it is difficult to insert and hold the core wire into the hole of the magnetic core, twist the center tap terminal, and remove the insulation coating by soldering each terminal. In addition, the insulating coating of the conductive wires peels off at the edges of the holes in the magnetic core, resulting in short circuits between the conductive wires.
