Air is jetted into the powder resin 2 through the elastic sheet material 4, and at the same time, an externally attached pie break 5 is activated to apply vibrations, thereby creating a floating and flowing state of the powder.

A powder supply tank 7 having an air tank 3 similar to the immersion tank 1 is provided adjacent to the immersion tank 1, and the two are partitioned by an overflow wall 8 having a top surface a predetermined distance lower than the top surface of each type 1.7. When supplying powder from the powder supply tank 7 into the tank 1, reduce or eliminate the amount of air flowing into the immersion tank 1 via the air tank 3,
The amount of air flowing into the supply tank 7 via the air tank 3 is increased.

Next, if the amount of air in the immersion tank 1 is set to the size at the time of immersion or zero, the state shown in FIG. 5 will be obtained. This state indicates that the amount of powder in the dipping tank 1 was maintained constant. A constant supply of powder is thus achieved.
