Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain excellent sound quality performance by forming a link member between a voice coil and a node of a plane diaphragm by a type of material whose sound velocity differs from the nodes thereby reducing the resonance at the harmonic resonance mode. CONSTITUTION:The plane diaphragm 1 having the 1st node 10 and the 2nd node 11 is driven by the voice coil 3. The 1st node 10 and the voice coil 3 are connected by a coupling cone 2 and the 2nd node 11 and the voice coil 3 are connected by a coupling cone 12. Then the coupling cone 2 and the coupling cone 12 are made of a type of material with different sound velocity. Thus, the transmission to each node differs at a high frequency and the resonance at the harmonic resonance mode is reduced. Thus, the excellent sound quality performance is attained.
