Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) N,Sの磁極を交互に有する2P(Pは1
以上の自然数)極の界磁マグネツトを回転子とし
て備え、該界磁マグネツトに面対向して電機子コ
イルを固定側に配設するとともに、コギングトル
クを利用して自起動できるようにした一相通電さ
れるデイスク型ブラシレスモータにおいて、上記
デイスク型ブラシレスモータはモータケーシング
をプラスチツクで形成する際にその内面に1以上
の突起部を一体形成すると共にコギングトルク発
生用の鉄棒を上記内面に突出するように一体化し
て植立させ、上記突起部及び鉄棒を挿入するため
の透孔を有する電機子コイル配設板に電機子コイ
ルを配設してステータ電機子形成し、上記電機子
コイル配設板の透孔に上記突起部及び鉄棒を挿入
してモータケーシングの内面にステータ電機子を
配設し、上記電機子コイル配設板の上面に突出し
た上記突起部の先端部を熱溶着等してつぶすこと
でステータ電機子をモータケーシングの内面に固
定した、一相通電されるデイスク型ブラシレスモ
ータ。 (2) 上記電機子コイル配設板はプリント基板で
ある、実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の一
相通電されるデイスク型ブラシレスモータ。 (3) 上記電機子コイル配設板は電機子コイル配
設面を絶縁処理したステータヨークである、実用
新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の一相通電され
るデイスク型ブラシレスモータ。 (4) 上記電機子コイル配設板は磁性体板の表面
に絶縁層を施こし、その表面にプリント配電パタ
ーンを形成した磁性体基板である、実用新案登録
請求の範囲第(1)項記載の一相通電されるデイス
ク型ブラシレスモータ。 (5) 上記プリント基板の下面には、上記突起部
及び鉄棒を挿入するための透孔を有するステータ
ヨークを配した、実用新案登録請求の範囲第(2)
項記載の一相通電されるデイスク型ブラシレスモ
ータ。 (6) 上記ステータヨークの下面には、下面に電
気部品を配設したプリント基板を設けた、実用新
案登録請求の範囲第(3)項記載の一相通電される
デイスク型ブラシレスモータ。 (7) 上記磁性体基板の下面には、電気部品を配
設した、実用新案登録請求の範囲第(4)項記載の
一相通電されるデイスク型ブラシレスモータ。 (8) 上記鉄棒は界磁マグネツトの回転方向に向
つて上記電機子コイルの発生トルクに寄与する導
体部から略2分の1幅ほど手前までの位置または
該位置と同相位置に位置するように上記透孔と電
機子コイルの位置を設定した、実用新案登録請求
の範囲第(1)項乃至第(7)項いずれかに記載の一相
