Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a rollstock of film sacks for packaging by performing multi-face printing so that images in a plurality of types appear on a inflation film tube at intervals corresponding to the sack height, and providing transverse seal and perforation. CONSTITUTION:Resin which has fused with rotation of a screw 4, is extruded upward from a ring die 5 and pulled by a nip roll 6. Air is blown in from an air supply pipe 7, and each inflation film tube 1 thus formed undergoes printing of images by a printing roll 8, whereon images A, B... in different figures are allocated at intervals according to the sack height, together with printing of a regi. mark M in the seal cut position. A sensor 12 senses the mark M, and a seal cutter 10 situated downstream provides seal and perforation, and thus rollstock is made by a winder 10. Thus a rollstock of plastic film sacks for packaging is obtained, whereon images in different figures appear repeatedly.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] Technical Field> The present invention is characterized in that a blown film tube is rolled up with horizontal thermal seals and perforated cuts at regular intervals, and when separated from the perforated cuts, it becomes a bag. This invention relates to a method for manufacturing a rolled layered body of a plastic film bag for packaging, in which several to more than ten types of images printed on the bag repeatedly appear as the rolled layered body is pulled out.

That is, as the screw rotates, normally colorless and translucent resin is extruded through an upward ring die, pulled upwards, air is blown into it, and formed into a long blown film tube, and then guided downwards for printing. After that, a horizontal seal and a perforation-like cut are made, and the paper is graded into a diameter of 100 to 200 ma+, and it is torn off from the perforation-like cut.

This rolled layer is used, for example, to individually package products that are likely to drip when left in the food section of a department store or at the cash register of a supermarket, and because consumers bring home several or several bags, each bag is advertised. If the product is printed with local information and rolled up, it can be delivered to the food section of a department store or a supermarket, ensuring that it is delivered to the local residents who use the store, making for extremely powerful advertising.

However, examples of plastic film bags made of blown film tubes with advertisements or images printed on them include the handbags you receive at trade shows to hold pamphlets, and the images printed on such bags may include your company name or product. This was related to the promotion of the store, such as the name of the bag, and no specific company would print various images on individual bags and hand them out.

Plastic film bags for packaging are used to individually wrap products that are at risk of dripping and then put them into larger bags, so there is no need for printing and there are no examples of them being printed. When I tore it out from my eyes, a wide variety of images appeared one after another, and there was nothing that could be used to spread awareness of advertisements, etc.

This cannot be interpreted as a problem simply due to a lack of production.According to the general idea, each store consumes one to several rolls every day, and the printing From the perspective of the equipment, it is thought that this is due to the fact that only a single image can be printed.

In other words, multi-type printing, that is, multi-sided printing, is performed in the longitudinal direction of the roll surface, and endless multi-sided printing in the circumferential direction is not performed, which is impossible with current printing equipment. They do not think of printing many different types and using them as a means of advertising.

In addition, in general, food store managers, regardless of whether or not the products are displayed in their stores, are responsible for promoting the products of manufacturers (other companies). It is thought that there is reluctance due to concerns that consumers will stop visiting, as well as various other considerations.

Means for Achieving the Purpose> As shown in FIG. 1, the method for manufacturing a rolled layered body of a plastic film bag for packaging according to the present invention is such that the circumferential length is several times to more than ten times the length of the bag to be manufactured. Printing is carried out on a blown film tube using a printing roll, which has a plate formed by distributing many types of images in the circumferential direction of the roll at a pitch equal to the length of the bag, on a large-diameter plain roll, and from several to more than ten types of images are printed on the blown film tube. Multi-sided printing is performed so that the image appears repeatedly, and horizontal seals are inserted at bag length intervals to divide each image of the printed blown film tube using a heat seal cutter, and perforation-like notches are inserted near the horizontal seals. The raw resin is melted and supplied to the ring die 5 by rotating the screw 4, and the resin is extruded upward from the ring die 5 and pulled upward by the nip roll 6.
Air is blown into the air supply pipe 7 connected to the side of the ring die 5, forming a long blown film tube.
'1 is formed L, the blown film tube 1 is guided downward from the nip roll 6, and multi-sided printing is performed by the printing roll 8. The printing roll 8 is a large diameter roll, and there is no such large roll in the past. The bag must be specially made, and therefore the printing machine must also be specially made. Various images (for example,
A printing roll 8 on which a printing plate is formed is manufactured by allocating printing rolls (images A-J shown in FIG. 1). In other words, the size of the plate roll is determined so that the circumference of the roll matches the number of images to be printed on each bag multiplied by the bag length, and the number of images is determined from several types to more than a dozen as desired. To prioritize the bag length and the number of images, for example, if the bag length is 20 cm and the image is a child type of A-J, prepare a plate roll with a roll diameter of 63.48 crs. Then, the plate is made so that the layer having a circumferential length of 20Oc is divided into ten equal parts and the images of the child types of AJ are laid out. When reusing a roll, since the circumference of the roll is fixed, the number of types of images is determined while considering the length of the bag, and the images are divided into equal parts around the circumference. After the images of the child types of A-J are printed in this way, they are dried in a dryer, and then the horizontal seals 2 and perforation-like cuts 3 shown in FIG. 11, 100-20
It is wound to a diameter of 0 mm.

A registration mark M is printed along with the image at the scheduled sticker cut position using the printing roll 8, and each time the registration mark M is detected by the registration mark sensor 12 installed at a position upstream of the sticker cut position, a registration mark M is printed at the downstream position. If the horizontal seal is inserted and cut, even if the blown film tube 1 stretches or slips between the seal cutter of the printing machine and the seal cutter, the seal cut position will not shift relative to the image, resulting in defective products. There is no danger.

Printing is performed on the blown film tube using a printing roll with various images distributed in the circumferential direction to form a plate. The structure is such that horizontal seals (thermal seals) and perforations are placed at intervals to separate each image, and then the image is rolled up to the required size, so the initial purpose was to heat the blown film tube at regular intervals. The rolls are layered with horizontal seals and perforated cuts, and when you pull out the rolled layers that form the bag when separated from the perforated cuts, you will see several to more than a dozen different images printed on the six bags. It is possible to produce a rolled layered body of a plastic film bag for packaging that can be replaced.
