、第５図は第４図中Ｘ―Ｘ′線断面図である。通
常セルケースは第１図及び第４図に示す様に受光
面である曲面状に成型された側を上部として使用
するが第２図、第３図及び第５図の各断面図は受
光両側を下向きに描写した。
