上下動するようになる構成において、回転筒1の
下部開口部内側に拡径部8を設け、身筒3の下部
に一体的に膨出形成した大径部9を上記拡径部8
に嵌合し、拡径部8の内壁面に穿設した環状凹溝
10に上記大径部9の外周に突設した環状凸部1
1を係合すると共に回転筒1の下部開口部から身
