Abstract

PURPOSE:To shorten a collective discharge time by switching continuous discharging operation to combinational discharging operation when the difference between the target weight of bodies to be weighed and the total weight of bodies to be weighed which are discharged continuously enters a range wherein bodies to be weighed are handled at a time by one-time combining operation. CONSTITUTION:When the value obtained by subtracting the total weight value of bodies to be measured which are discharged continuously from target weight reaches the weight value where bodies to be weighed are handled at a time by one-time combination selecting operation, the continuous discharging operation is stopped and a combination calculation part 38a starts combining operation. A combination selecting circuit 38 compares the weight of a combination with the stored value in a storage device, and a discrimination part 38b selects a combination which is closest or equal to the weight and sends out its discrimination signal corresponding to a selected weighing hopper to a discharge supply controller 40. Consequently, the bodies to be weighed in the combination-selected weighing hopper are discharged and a timing hopper 20 is opened, so that the bodies to be weighed which are as many as the target weight are put in a packaging machine 21 and packaged together.

For example, when using a combination weighing device with a target weight of 2Kg that allows accurate combination selection, when weighing objects with a target weight of 10Kq, conventionally the temporary target weight is set to 2Ka, and the combination discharge operation is set to 4. Then, subtract the highest cumulative weight of the iJF output weight of the item for each of these four discharge operations from the target weight of 10Kq, and use this subtraction result as the target weight of the combination and perform the fifth combined discharge operation. I was packing up 10 KCI of objects to be weighed all at once.

<Problems to be solved by the present invention> However, in the conventional combination weighing device as described above, the target weight is too large, and in order to combine the objects that cannot be combined in one combination, multiple weighing devices are required. There is a problem in that a combination selection operation has to be carried out, which increases the time required to collect and discharge the target amount of wave gauges.

In the combination 11 constant circuit 38, the combination weight is calculated in the combination calculation unit 38a for all different combinations based on the weight value of the object to be weighed stored in the weighing hopper at this time, and this combination weight is stored. By comparing the values stored in the container 28, the combination U whose sides are close or equal is selected by the determination unit 38b, and a determination signal corresponding to the selected Hf same hopper is sent to the discharge supply control device/IO.

Other Embodiments of the Present Invention In the above embodiment, the Taguchi value of one work piece that is continuously discharged is sequentially subtracted from the target weight of the work piece.
This is done by sequentially adding the mm values of the objects to be weighed that are continuously discharged, and when this additive value exceeds a predetermined weight value, the continuous discharge operation is stopped and a combined discharge operation is performed. In addition, in the above embodiment, the objects to be weighed are actually continuously discharged, but the objects to be weighed are not discharged, but instead are added sequentially, but subtracted, and after a series of operations until combination, the objects are sequentially discharged from the hopper. You can open it. In short, various modifications and applications are possible without departing from the gist of the present invention.
