張られてコイル線が断線することを防止したもの
である。しかし、前者はコイル枠のつばへのはと
め加工が煩雑であり、はとめ加工時にコイル線が
断線したり、つばが破損する恐れが有、後者は接
着剤が接着作業時に接続片の外部端子との接触部
に付き外部端子と接続片が電気的に接続されない
恐れが有つた。また、両者とも接続片組込時の作
業工程が多く、接着剤等の別部品を必要とするこ
とからコイルの価格が高くなる欠点が有つた。

コイル枠11のつば12の上端面より突出した首
部20にはコイル線15を半田付等により接続

ている為、この時の弾圧部22の開き角度θは増
減するが、接続片13は溝24にスキ間なく弾圧
固定され上方への抜けが防止される。
