By the way, when the heating element has the above configuration, the electrodes 1a, 1 of the positive temperature coefficient thermistors 1,..., 1
b,...1a, 1b are made of silver, and the electrodes 1a, 1b,..., 1a, 1b are electrically conductive to the crosspieces 3, 3 using a conductive adhesive such as silver paste 6, 6 to improve strength. The cost is high. Since the positive temperature coefficient thermistors 1,..., 1 are fixed to the terminal plates 2, 2 by the adhesives 5,..., 5, the mechanical strength is low and they are susceptible to distortion due to thermal expansion. Adhesive 5 ,..., 5 etc. take time to harden and bake, heating element cannot be disassembled or parts replaced, bent part 2b of terminal board 2, 2 to improve strength,...
2b, there were various drawbacks, such as the spatial distance between the terminal plates 2 and 2 being shortened, resulting in poor pressure resistance.

As is clear from the detailed description above, the present invention has a comb-like shape in the frame that has locking parts that lock both ends of the PTC thermistor and prevent it from coming off in the direction of fluid flow. Since the positive temperature coefficient thermistor is held by the spring force of the spring terminal, it is easy to assemble since no adhesive is required, and an inexpensive heat generating device is obtained since no expensive metals such as silver paste are used. Since no adhesive is used, PTC thermistors can be used with high Curie temperatures, and a heat generating device with a large amount of heat can be manufactured.PTC thermistors can be held together by spring force. This makes the heat generating device more resistant to damage due to thermal strain and mechanical stress. The positive temperature coefficient thermistor is housed in multiple stages within the frame case to reduce the distance between the electrodes of the positive temperature coefficient thermistor. For example, various effects such as improved heat generation efficiency can be achieved.
