成で容易にかつ確実に取付けることができ、しか
も安定した回転摩擦力の得られる優れた把手取付
装置を提供することを目的とするものである。

ネツトの内面に設けたボスにねじ止めするもので
あるため、その板ばねの取付けを行ないやすい利
点を有する。
