Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent mislanding of an electron beam with a simple mechanism while giving an autmatic temperature correction function by connecting the fitting part and the attaching part of a supporting spring by a color selection electrode through a bent part when the color selection electrode is expanded. CONSTITUTION:A supporting spring 5 is constituted by connecting the fitting part 8 to a stud pin 7 fixed to a panel 6 and the attaching part 9 to a color selection electrode 1 through a bent part 10 in which the color selection electrode 1 deviates to the panel side 6 in the direction of an electron beam 11. Since the bent part 10 deviates in this way, it can take an optional shape so far as there is no problem in shock-proofness.
